“ Shouldn’t we have had a RNS and will you be able to reveal any financial benefits to IQAI?”

The reply was ….

“We will provide further updates in the coming weeks but meanwhile we are limited to convey discreet updates on specific matters.”

You will know this is genuine max. Others can work it out from my profile.

I am neither adding or selling not that that makes any difference!

I am hoping it’s a deliberate oversight but I think it’s probably just another **** up now being concealed as it’s been publicly revealed.

Begs the question what’s next though!

Now we have it FIL dumped a load. 3 x crossings in one trading session. Makes the SP pretty attractive imo. Obviously a forced seller to dump like that!

Bargain shares on offer to clear the overhang! Just in time for xd!!

I would add if I could but have to sit now. I am glad we got the TR1 as now I know why the SP has dipped and am confident it’ll come back up with the macro story!

It’s ready to go now. The analysts have absorbed the numbers and now believe what this company can achieve. It’s a highly cash generative low cost business. It can move up as quickly as it went down.

I see AVCT just issued an equity payment RNS. Using equity to pay off debt. 2.6m off 46.8m to go!

I made serious money on AVCT from 30p to over 200p when I started selling.

Biotechs are cash munchers but the riches can be enormous for the very few that make it and I hope AVCT’s AV6000 and it’s other pipelines lead to riches.

There are sweet spots to buy and sell biotechs.

Atm DEST is in that spot with cash a JV and another deal to come. SP is near lows which is unusual for a late stage biotech with one phase 3 due and another in the making. It’s a rare opportunity that one. The price won’t be going anywhere yet though as the last placing at 35p is being churned but it will soon.

Buy now sell half at 70p which will be in around 6 months time let the rest ride. Thats one of the ways to play it. Of course it all depends on the newsflow. Importantly I don’t see it going below 28p now as 30p has held well. But as always if you are a buyer it’s best to average in.

Can’t deny it SP is sht but you can’t be selective with numbers. DEC continue to return income. They just increased the divi and we have had lots of directors buy.

We should be in for a trading update soon. Was 16th May last year same as Divi announcement.

Sentiment has been down here ahead of the last few updates then when we saw the numbers we realised all was on track bar the SP!

Doesn’t matter if the yield is 20% though if the SP is down WHEN you sell. It’s the TSR that is key if you are buying for a long term income. I hold PHNX, LGEN, MNG and others as income plays and the SP’s have gone nowhere in 5 years and have been surprisingly volatile in between.

DEC have returned 204% in TSR since 2017. That’s not bad. Currently you will double your money if you compound your divi’s after a tad over 5 years. Sooner if the divi increases.

DEC continue to return cash at a 50% margin! The model is not for everyone. Better off buying likes of BP if you want more growth and income but I am here for high yield and will be holding for a long time to come. It’s my second highest position in my PF by some margin over third place at around 30% and accounts for a significant % of my income.

Sure I’d be happier at 110 but it’s 91p and I think in time it will be back to 110. Just need to keep hitting the market with the production numbers and cash flow coz undeniably they still have doubts and that’s what makes a market! Buyers and sellers and data!

We are in a closed period so PDMR’s should not normally trade.

Regarding RNS announcements. It is open to interpretation. Given the PRISM deal doesn’t on the face of it seem to have any financial benefits and it’s in the public domain then it should have been announced even by RNS Reach.

Michael would draft it and their broker would announce it. That should be on Uk time as this is the main listing.

Could see a run ahead of results. Sell ahead of news imo. Then buy after if you want to hold.

PIER been a little beauty at 59p now 65p. I was expecting 70p. Prelims are due Monday.

Later it could go again to 90p as the weather picks up. I will sell some today and leave a few in. Usually pays to take profits.

I am expecting a bullish outlook and there may be news on further debt reduction but it usually pays not to be in on results day even if one expects good numbers. Their railway acquisition may disappoint but it’s a small part of the business.

YOU I didn’t buy but it was a solid tip under 900p and still is. It isn’t going to set the world alight but notice how they even did a leisure survey used in the BOWL article. With elections coming it’s a good money spinner for YOU. They survey internationally. They will recover from this pullback and outperform many of the FTSE350 without one having to sweat. A great buying opportunity imo. The type of stock most here avoid as we loose money chasing the illusive tenbaggers! Lol!

On the subject of news IQAI do a deal with one of the directors other interests and no RNS today! Naughty! Another reason to avoid the stock unless you are fool hearted! I have a few! Lol!

Oh and on YU this time I am expecting a second wind there ahead of results 18th May. Gosh my trading calendar is getting busy! Hoping to clock up 40k profit on YU to finance the year so I can take some time out! You usually only need one solid winner in a year to make this work. After a tough start to the year it looks like being YU. When you get one go blls deep!

Next years looks like being DEST going by my research. Nice to have another so early having trawled so many stocks! It’s not going anywhere yet which is nice as gives me a chance to flip a few more in.

Still most of mys holdings are still in divi payers atm. Zzzzzz but at least they are now mostly blue or amber blue!

I have no idea where Bayer fits in I can only assume this is another avenue.

There is usually money involved with these partnerships so some could be coming our way.

Hoping for a RNS to explain

Last year the TU came out with the AGM. Gives a nice forward view for investors. This year it’s the 18th May.

For those that are trading that makes the next few weeks an accumulation period. I bought my trading shares here earlier using the dip rather than the calendar. Obviously that means money tied up longer but it also means my core holding average isn’t too inflated.

Given the high volatility of this stock I see +720 ahead of results. The previous closing high was 785. That’ll likely arrive after the numbers and of course depending on the news we could then see a +800p close.

We have one new insti on board recently, Bayford and Co. If they are still buying they only need .8% to cross again.

I suspect many will be waiting for certainty in the numbers and new guidance.

Not often you get the chance to buy a stock a predictable as YU.

Hoping it comes off to pay for a family holiday! Bermuda or Butlins!

imo SP isn’t going anywhere yet. Will bounce around 31-35p until the placing overhang clears.

Look at all the delayed late trades. They over did it yesterday but for most days they have found buyers.

This is just a typical post placing pattern and as the raise wasn’t to keep the lights on this should move significantly higher once it’s ready.

Happy to add below 35p for longer term hold and aiming for a free carry on a core position.

I still have a few Temple. Expect more twists and turns yet. Volume will be key. It’ll probably pick up significantly if there is a hint of news.

Adding here would mean selling elsewhere now and I am pleased with where I put it. So will wait and see.

I reduced by 40k shares. Wok at 114p then another 20k at 97p. Was thinking low 90’s.

Not sure I am adding more though. Even though the metrics for SEpl are good this country is a basket case. It’s disgusting the damage that they can do without recompense!

I added 100k at Duke under 30p instead so not much difference income wise and better to have an extra high yield that’s not energy.
