Sold a few from 59p but holding some with a TP of 90p to mind. Should see that in the summer. Having got on top of debt they could go higher but 90p is a reasonable exit target. Leave some for the next guy!

It is of my opinion that that is what they are doing via the swaps. Such is the complexities of their hedging. It would give them better (if in favour) average prices over a month as opposed to spot pricing.

Basically they maintain risked NAV of 134 and were surprised at a 9p pullback for Royston as it only has 5p in the risked upside! So they said in their opinion that makes this a buying opportunity ahead of the cascadura full development around mid year which will be transformational for the Touchstones production and cashflow.

Went on about testing with service rig which we already know from RNS.

TXP delays. If you wanna trade again, could get below 60p and sell at 70p. It’ll mean waiting until likely mid to end of May though for 70p. But that will be 4x a 10pish return on trades. If it comes off of course! Which I think it will.

That’s correct you need to hold the shares between the close of the trading before xd and at the open of the xd date.

So if it’s xd Thursday you can sell them as long as you held them on Wednesday at close.

That will put you on the record date taken on Friday which is the day they figure out who held the stock on Wednesday’s close.

Hopefully this is enough to get the finances sorted. I may even then look to buy back in. That’s what’s needed to restore confidence, transparency in finance with a longer term plan to deliver on the improved ops.

I had 10k and may sell at 70p for a trade. That’ll be 4 times the sp would have gone 60p-70p and back. Not selling any of my core holding here though esp after all theses years!

Just had to go all the way back to 2021 to read the Royston RNS’s! The first was in sept 21. Gosh I never realised it was that long ago!

My point is if the sv rig is still going to be parked waiting at Casca then why didn’t they look at the most prospective zones first.

Also if that now aren’t moving the sv rig to Casca until late May. Surely they could have tested the intermediate in that time and then moved the service rig in if it flowed.

I get they couldn’t test deeper zones with a service rig but now so is there why not use a little more time rather than having sv sat around.

Not an expert and invested trusting the BoD who have done well on ops. I guess there will be an interview later to explain.

I don’t get how you test the bottom and then need to come back and do the middle. Surely they’d have had a look! That delay demob adds costs unless of course you know you aren’t going to bother and re prioritise to Casca which you know is a winner.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Royston gets kicked until there’s nothing better to do as they really aren’t confident in it. Other news will come along and they won’t bother to go back.

First result not commercial. I don’t know how that affects the rest of the testing. You’d think they would have more results than that by now or started with the most prospective zones but wtfdik!

+£58m in revs, top end! and as expected debt paid down, paying 9.1m or 44% surely is a bonus!

This one is a bit of an economic canary but with more folk staying home and good weather forecast for the summer we could be seeing 23 as a transformational year for Pier’s accounts. Could be debt free in 18 months!

Share price should be set to recover from here. Yikes!

You need to hold the shares at close on the xd date. Then you will be on the register at open the next day when you can sell the stock if you wish and will still get the divi.

So think of it as the register is taken overnight

I think that’s a simple enough explanation
