DCTA is an old fav of mine I know it well but sold after Covid. Market has been harsh. Got amazing renewables tech including road surfaces that use recyclables and existing tarmac to save quarrying/new tarmac. Trials nearly done.

The shorts had piled on more pressure end of June and July and now we are back above 1100 adding to the woes of the shorts. Once they have sold the stock that’s it. They have to keep throwing good money after bad and unlike holders they have to pay the divi. Lol!

So the shorts pay to loan stock.

Pay to cover the divi.

Pay to average down.

Pay to buy stock back if there is enough liquidity!

Pay GG’s dinner money!

TB is not trustworthy. If I bought back and it went further south it would be pretty stupid.

Any buy here now would be sub 1p for the chance of a trade out over 1p but even then whilst you can buy I doubt one would be able to sell.

That is very likely what will happen. As I have posted before look at the intraday delayed round number trades. Often in black here as ‘unknown’.

These are likely matched from the sellers pool. It also explains why we have not had any end of day uncrossing trade (UT) as logically all the buys are matched by sells.

This share price action is normal post IPO or placing where stock is cleared.

For those on the sidelines the recent dip was briefly to 19.5p and it then recovered to 21-22p range. Indicating that 20p is the low point for the seller. However, don’t be surprised if there is a last minute dump to clear any remaining stock and therefore achieve their objectives.

I see this as a buying opportunity and have added. Others may wait for a more substantial rise before buying.

Each to their own but it helps share one’s experience here to hopefully help others as these markets can be so unkind to PI’s!

The risks are clearly set out in the admission document section 2 page 40. It’s not hidden, it’s well set out. Furthermore, the document is the type of literature that any investors in AIM or small caps would surely read as part of their own DD when considering investing in such a new company.

It is a great deal. But these pundits don’t look under the hood. The bond coupon has to be paid and the Riverfort loan. Or extended.

The market knows that. Once they get the finances on track it will super fly.

I actually think they should raise enough to clear their outstanding debt and show they can make the first coupon.

There’s no way they will produce in time to make the payments.

There aren’t many shares and a raise now to say what’s it’s for could be one of those times when the sp goes up.

The market is waiting to see how they will pay so get on front foot! Then they can show they will meet next payment from production. They could even buy back stock later!

I was in HE1 after the IPO. I made a lot of money there and again after the low ball placing!

And you really have no idea what you are talking about do you. Look at the 4 Dec 2020 RNS from He1….

“ The number of ordinary shares in issue immediately after Admission will be 496,893,111 giving the Company a market capitalisation of approximately £14.1 million at the issue price of 2.84 pence per share.”

I bought at a tad under 4p, several buys and sold at an average of 26p. Left a little in for fun.

Then bought again at .02p ish and sold a 5 bagger!

And once you get the hang of this rather than ‘waiting for the ball to come to you’ you will realise that value is derived from buyers and sellers. Not your aspirations.

Whilst peer comparison is helpful it’s still down to what someone will pay or for that matter if things don’t turn out what they can sell for.

I have tried to explain that we likely have a short term seller here which will clear when you see the trade timings align without so many intra day delayed trades.

You can either look at this as an opportunity. I have and added more. Or you can just moan and make statements without doing any research to help you understand what is happening.

The company are doing everything within the timelines and costs set out in the admin doc. Well actually more with the Rudyard acquisition!

I suggest you go and reread the HE1 RNS again. It’s just setting the market up for more funding and more delays. They raised 8m for the EWT and working capital. That’s not even for production. You still have the environmentals and regs in TZ which can take who knows how long!

“ The team has remained focused over the past few months to meet the timelines” well I should hope so. Next few months?

‘The long lead time items have been ordered.” They are on track but have not arrived at site yet. Will be there in time for spud? When?

The experienced crew have been appointed and are returning to site…

Doesn’t say if cranes and drill string is on site only says rig is on site….

“ The Company is pleased to have appointed all third-party services, and associated equipment with mobilisation to site is currently ongoing…”

Then there’s still TZ slow time for regs and meanwhile the wage bill is huge!

“ As part of this application, the Company is required to submit a Feasibility Study and a completed ESIA study. The Company has recently expanded its subsurface team ….”

That’s just to formulate the basis….

That’s not me deramping I wish holders well. That’s what the RNS says between the lines about just how difficult it is in TZ.

As for Penny options. So what. They can issue more at any price! Just like before!

I posted I expect he1 to pop today and finish down or evens as folk read the RNS properly.

Pop came up on my helium company tracker. I don’t know what the cash is like there.

I am not gonna dig deeper as fully invested in tiddlers atm but just noticed how yet another helium player makes he1 look expensive even with their asset. A well still only shifts so much or even 5 wells for that matter. The overheads and breakeven is so important.

As for ECOR what are they thinking! Too high risk for them. Should focus on more near term production. Both projects fraught with high risks from infrastructure, regs etc.

Well the BB seem to be happy with that news. Personally I think they have lost total control of costs and timescales which have yet again been extended. They have a huge team on site and yet still aren’t in a position to complete testing plus still much more to do ionthe regulatory front.

‘The team has remained focused over the last few months to meet the timelines….” And no doubt the very well paid SLB team, local experts, various government entities and long lead time logistical suppliers etc etc are all eating into that last raise!

I am sure the EWT will eventually be successful when they get around to completing it but is it helium at any cost!

He1 could prove a cracking buy imobut not just yet. Oh and forget the 1p management options. They can always issue more!

Sp will probably do well today and finish down as peeps reread the RNS and get their calculator’s and calendar’s out. Things don’t move quickly in TZ or for that matter smoothly!

Notice how some of the larger round number trades, often in black are appearing late. Often as much as an hour behind.

It’s likely that those are from the overhang/seller filling the hopper. So the trades are met but just posted later from their pool.

We had a similar situation following the listing. Trades were posted late sometimes hours late!

When it stopped and the balance was nearly all ‘real time’ trades. The SP popped 100% over the next few weeks!

Of course I have no idea if the same thing will happen again. That’s just an observation from last time and I posted as much back then.

Also He1 successfully raised 8m for EWT and working capital. That shows how much there admin overheads are!

Hex doing two appraisal drills for less. Remember it’s also drilling through 4 seismic horizons at Iggy with one drill. So 4 chances. Will prove from bottom up.

Modular unit (for production) in US costs £12.5m according to independent valuations.

Similar unit in TZ will likely be double that due to logistical challenges. So after EWT it’s back to market for HE1 for cash and or JV.

HEX can drill and appraise Iggy first then assuming successful can do offtake deals knowing that Rudyard has already flowed commercial levels. Drilling at Rudyard is for deeper. Shallower geo already costs in so that can factor in early negotiations.

HE1 though probably has the all round ‘better asset’ but don’t underestimate finance. It’s very unlikely that they will be able to monetise it on anything like the same breakeven metrics as HEX.

One well or 5 wells for that matter can only distribute so much Helium. It’s the operational serviceability and profit margins from the market that feed back into the bottom line and ergo the SP.

But all said markets remain imperfect for a while as it’s based on buys and sells. Once the guard has changed the SP will find a new level.
