This one is more meaningful, only $300k a well with a frac. Cos per well near 100% due to geo/location. They have 6 wells with another coming on.

They are not high volume wells though but they pay their way. After the RTO they will likely raise at a way way higher SP to get cash for horizontal wells rather than a load of straws! That’s what will transform the revs!

VOY.PL you can read the RNS’s here. It’s mcap is 2m and it one of the ‘hemp’ floaters.

It will soon RTO into M3 Helium and producer with 3 fields and driller in the biggest gas field in Kansa USA.

This is not a start up company it’s been going for 100years! Key thing is the bod should also move across. VOY will then likely be name changed to m3 helium.

Voy have just raised and the prospectus is pending.Also I think m3 once listed will raise more cash for a horizontal well. Prob 2-3m. As that’s the point. Atm they are running on budget at evens.

I was not the first to find it. Just stumbled on it and have bought 100k shares as it’s super high risk and I am now 25% down coz of the shty spread!

Anyways you can read posts over there but imo even if they flip the last placing which was only 900k, cash out the 6p warrants and raise 2.5m, mcap could still easily be north of 20m and that’s dirt cheap!

This is one of those rare opportunities imo where one can tuck a few away and there is a very good chance things will play out as described. The rerate in market cap from 2m now to a producing and exploring helium company could be huge.

But before that one has to put up with the spread and liquidity.

Dear Alan Green gets some right and some very wrong. ECR was an absolute disaster even with all the tealeaves pointing to greater things to come! I held and lost. Sometimes you can be unlucky as well!

However, I think this one is undervalued now that the placing is out the way based on the equipment and licenses alone v the mcap of 2m. That’s before you factor in the company producing and running their business at evens.

Unless they find another route I am expecting rise here for 2.5m which is way above the mcap. Easiest way to address that is with a realistic valuation which would be well above 20m imo! That should come following the RTO but would also need an AIM listing. Remember the metrics are different here to other helium plays especially with the Opex.

If they successfully drill one horizontal well on their producing acreage that will be hugely transformational for the SP!

Lots of IF’s but there is actually a clear pathway to a significant rerate here.

Atm only a few nutters will buy being prepared to write off 25% of their investment immediately should they sell.

I made some top ups to round up my holding to 100k shares and am £1373.93 down! That’s 25% to the MM for FA + the trading fees!

That’ll do for now as there’s plenty of time and opportunity ahead.

PIER - profit warning. Shame as bit on an institution but surely it had to be the most obvious short on the whole market. I mean it’s not as it the weather, cost of living and bar closures have exactly been a surprise!

Added a few more today. Again the only trade of the day! lol!

Had to set a limit order for 5.5p for a small amount. Tried 5p but it wouldn’t get filled.

Last week I got a better price.

My average is now 5.17 and I am 22% down and the SP has hardly moved! lol!

But imo it won’t take much to get moving.

A bit of news and then some placing flippers will provide liquidity.

Given M3’s assets and the tubular equipment that they have I wouldnt be surprised to see a bid follow. You get the acreage and helium production plus all the equipment. Then spend another 2.5m and you put a horizontal drill in and significantly increase prod!

Buying M3 also gives access to offtakers.

Once they RTO that makes a bid far more straight forward. They’d also have to buy out the 6p warrants which would likely interest the Bod and shareholders as everyone likes a quick buck. Could be a win win imo.

Very interesting play this and I intend to drip more in overtime esp as I now have a foot, rather, a baby toe in the door! lol!

Grabbed a small amount just for a trade 50000 shares. If they do pull this off then will be a bagger. May even go to 6p! So good upside v downside following this mornings RNS for a ‘small’ amount. I wouldn’t risk more though!

Also added another small amount at VOY.PL. Shty spread so needs to go up 40% just to sell out at evens!

But huge disconnect between potential M3 Helium net asset valuation and current VOY.PL mcap ahead of RTO.

Could be a bigger jump than HEX on listing but as always no guarantees!

Trade is now sell TRIN (53.8) buy TXP (31) IMO.

Trin are playing high risk stakes here. After all the TXP DD and legals they had an offer supported by the local juro’s.

Could be that the ‘cowboys’ are not in a position to meet the deadline with a firm offer in which case it’s highly possible that TRIN end up with FA!

Then what will happen to the TRIN SP!

TXP should at least recover something from this misplaced venture!

Oh and a Casca hook up RNS in between the distractions!

Trin having a last minute nibble for the cash. Their batna may well have been get more or they walk!

If they do all well and good imo.

TXP sp should recover and TRIN’s won’t. They will have to remove their board as would have lost their negotiating credibility imo.

I actually think the risks are higher here for Trin than us.

This deal is too early on our journey imo and our bod ain’t up to a bigger boat yet. Can’t even deliver on what we got on time! Stick to nailing that cashflow first.

There will be plenty of opportunities later and if not we have some cracking acreage anyways!

I have taken a small position. Will add a few more if it goes below 1p.

The negatives are that it doesn’t really make money. It’s an investment vehicle that relies on selling basically what it owns for more than it paid for to pay for itself. It’s a really sht model that only really works if you have divi income or charge investors for your services.

The good news is atm that is mitigated by their cash position and their 2 year loan facility. So if you like that buys time on the point above.

The very good news is that GV is a maturing investment worth many multiples of MFAI’s mcap but only if they realise that investment either through sale or if GV IPO. Either may or may not happen.

If it does then it will be huge for the SP! They can then carry on with the model until other ventures mature and repeat and/or hand some cash back to shareholders.

There is also the potential for one of the other 15 or so pf investments to IPO or be sold in some form.

So basically cutting through the bs it’s a timebound trade which atm bets that can they get their sht together before they run out of cash. Hence I took a small position.

However, make no bones about it I have a price in mind to slice at which can be reached with hype or hopefully an real transaction and I m also realistic that it may go down before it goes up or may just go down if they burn their cash pile before they do some deals.

If you want all the hype there’s plenty on the BB!

Bo has been planning this for years. Used his own money to pay for the licenses!

What has happened since the IPO is pretty incredibly especially the pace. Targeting a 2.3bcf field and drilling another proven field! All due this year with huge upside potential against our tiny mcap due to the low capex requirements and high impact targets!

Atm the SP is constantly hitting a wall of profit taking by probably institutional investors that have done well since the IPO and are looking to bag some profits.

But remember management signed on to a lock in and must be pretty confident to do that!

Whilst we have 2 drills it’s noteworthy that the first is drilling a ‘helium fairway’ in an area that has previously flowed gas albeit untested. The second drill is adjacent to a well which has already flowed and that zone will be tested again followed by deeper targets.

So in effect we have six goes for the price of two. Clink is targeting 4 horizons, Amsden, Charles, Flathead and the deepest Precambrian. We know the Flathead zone has already flowed commercial Helium albeit 150 miles away but same fairway. Amsden and Charles have also produced hydrocarbons within the Montana province.

The central Montana trough which became geologically inverted has gravity highs around the ingomar dome which now has a faulted anticline with a 3 way dip closure. Similar to the HE1 target..

Whilst other wells in the same structure haven’t tested helium they have averaged out at 81.4% Nitrogen a known carrier gas and that has flowed from 3900ft. The geo here with 4 shots and excellent sands is about as good as it gets!

And Darwin in effect already has a discovery zone and we will be going deeper! Hopefully rolling on with another discovery!

So from 6 levels we already have 1 discovery and are fully funded to move closer to those broker target prices.

For sure there are never guarantees but in terms of picking a project with favourable odds that are not yet reflected in the SP. This is about as good as it gets!

I have taken a small position and likewise will add some later. No hurry atm as imo a % of the second tranche of placing shares will need to be shifted and the market is very illiquid here. Hence the spread.

But then you can’t have it all ways. A mcap that looks exceptional value against the operational potential which appears ‘cheap’ os for a reason.

M3 are financially standing still atm with the vertical wells, which actually is quite an achievement given the assets and modular offtake facility.

It seems inevitable that another raise will follow to fund at least one horizontal well which will cost probably 2-2.5m as that’s the most cost effective way to tap the volumes. If they decide to do that it will be a significant amount of finance based on current mcap.

Will be interesting to see if they can move from evens to a profit from the existing setup thereby opening further finance options.

Atm this is super high risk especially given some of the bod ‘were recently agronomists and now they are geologists’. But the M3 team should hopefully fill some gaps.

As soon as this moves from aqse to aim that’s when volumes will likely pick up and enable those that have done well from the placing to flip if they so want.

For now a high risk play for the patient that are willing to hold as the story unfolds. Slowly building a small position at this juncture is risk I am ok with but I wouldn’t be putting in ‘big sums’ here. Not given the liquidity. But good luck to those that are!
