Markets have bounced as we expected.

Just a rate cut tantrum!

Managed to get some high yield ‘bargains’, MNG, PHNX, DUKE, DEC & LGEN. Massive divi cover!

Added more LGEN at the bell today as their results were fine.

Should have a little bit more of a bounce once the insti dealers read the numbers and get permission to buy! lol!.

That’s it now though, all back in.

Probably all be back down again tomorrow!

I think the 175 SEPL buy from Blue will take some beating though! Especially if that divestment lands soon. Oh and they go xd in the next week or so! I already have enough of them though.

I got two lots of DEC under 1065 having sold just them at 1300 to 1225 ish! The ones I sold I first had from 880-920! It’s a cracking trading stock as lots of liquidity and volatility!

Volatility can help add extra shares with a bit of luck!

Well that’s a good set of results imo. EPS and ROE are up but no doubt it’s the AUM which again will grab the headlines which is slightly down.

That said if you look below institutional investment is soaring in the Pension Risk Transfer Market. PRT is where growth is and the private equity space. Both in v good shape.

With rates coming down I still think we have a limited window to buy some of these high yield stocks. PHNX, MNG and now LGEN have all announced solid numbers and good solvency cover. LGEN Is 8bn over! That money and with impending legislative changes a % of tier 2 cover will be available for private investments.

All these companies have come a long way since the GFC and are much more prudent with investments that generate solid incomes and also use hedging to manage risks.

It won’t be long before those yields which are near 10% reduce. Albeit that is a contrarian view. The market thinks otherwise but the data says it’s sustainable imo.

Bought MNG, LGEN, PHNX, DUKE all top ups near the bell. Had DEC in my sights at 1078 but didn’t buy, thought may go lower when street opens.

All long term holds for income for me.

This is just a tantrum over rates imo.

Once Fed responds to the markets tantrum rates will be cut and these ‘insurers’ with hyper yields should recover.

Also note on FT front page today that the climate for Private Equity is improving significantly and cash is available for deals. The Fed are going to have to cut now as they are behind the curve. That should help PE further by releasing capital for deals = IPO’s as well.

I get really psd off with this.

People take democracy for granted. It comes with responsibility!

If you were out walking with your wife or kids and came across this lot what would you do. You would probably head home or at least to safely and not stand there with your mobile phone!

The government should declare martial law within the perimeter of concern and warn folk that they have one hour to clear and then absolutely unleash hell to those on the streets!

You don’t get this sht happening in other countries, even democracies. It’s not a peaceful process. I have zero tolerance for these idiots!

And that our police officers are suffering horrendous injuries to protect property with their hands tied is imo disgusting! People are having their cars and property damaged and many insurers do not cover civil disorder!

After the warning has been sent by siren or whatever after a period of time anyone on the street is doing so knowing the risks even if it means loss of life. That should be made clear on the news and social media.

Absolutely so if you look at MMM. They went 5:1 so if you had 100k MMM shares, following the RTO you had 20k GEX shares but the price meant you were (please don’t quote me) but around 30% up on listing per share. Then you also had stock before most PI’s could buy so are now around 100% up.

VOY is also a smaller company reversing into a much bigger company. vOY is 2m mcap. That’s smoke and mirrors due to spread so say 4m mcap. But they are RTO’ing into a company that’s imo +40m mcap.

To get the ipo off it would prob list at 25m ish.

They have around 90m shares from last placing that can’t realistically sell now but that placing is out the way at 3p. So VOY have liquidity. Now the carrot of the fund raise is the 6p warrants at 1 for each 2 placing shares,

SP is 4.5p but it’s realistically 5.5p to buy.

Then you have the £50k manager placing shares and no doubt M3 director options which will likely align with 3p - 6p range. These would be declared in the prospectus.

So I guess what I am saying is buying now and soaking the sht COULD be very lucrative as you are ‘getting’ Director prices.

It’s all ifs and buts but look at the latest proactive video. It’s gonna happen and that’s all that matters.

Why coz what you plan to do is…… well it’s pretty obvious really!

Good observation. HEX can replicate existing paradigm for modular compression for $12.5-15m. Only because that’s what offtakers use in USA. It’s available.

HE1 will imo really struggle to collate and assemble in TZ. It will likely be problematic but they will get there. If anyone thinks that’s BS look at how difficult it is to get drill parts let alone harness Houdini particles!

Now here’s a thing. VOY.PL ALREADY have cylindrical offtake tankers. Then transport it to Scout’s processing facilities. All of their 6 wells are within one hour’s drive or can be tied in!

They have purchasing MOU’s with Sout to sell whatever they produce. The processing plant is way under capacity. Being honest though price they got could be better. But if they get more volume they could probably increase price.

They also have two wells to tie in soon directly to the ‘grid’. Kansas is networked with pipes capable of shifting various gases. The Hugoton gas field is the biggest in the US. So proven and known to produce helium.
