This is a Chinese company ‘terms’. They are worse but others aren’t much better. No way would I by a car with the new tech in especially Chinese !
“ Once Human's (and by extension, NetEase's) terms of service – which you can read here – states that the personal information it receives from you can include your name, email, phone number, and then veers into territory that's the crux of the issue, adding "(instant) messaging account, postal address, date of birth, age, gender, country/region, and government-issued ID, such as passport information, as required by applicable laws for age verification and correction of personal information." It goes on to reel off more data it may collect through the use of its services or "other sources" like social media friends lists, location information, and a bunch of other buzzwords that sound generally invasive.”
