ITT, after all this time of piling in I think your investment is safe, bl**** hope so.
I personally feel that CC was worth all of its 17p and was engineered down to create a false bottom for this restricted float; did we really need it or was somebody being looked after again and Warrants, why. Looking at buyouts, when I first came in PI's had between 60 - 70% of company, these restricted floats have changed % considerably.
I feel that CC is well into India, especially with new multi purpose HES which is hopefully about to be paraded. If CC can do all that it appears capable of in multi platform all round performance (Cellular and RF) then to me it is surely the must have to get all of these 250m meters underway. If we hang on to company and get 100m units + HES I feel we will be well over a £1 and on the way to £5, long way out of my estimated time zone but still there. Hopefully greed at the top will not outgun us. DYOR
You are right for once Colour. couple of recent requests unanswered. Knew something was brewing. Leaving a paper trail maybe but warrants risky.
No doubt SP will up on news, thats all that counts. DYOR
Hi ITT, the BOD is close to the coal face, especially with Genus and Intellismart. So supposing say with the Framework it was being extended from 5m to 20m, then the BOD (not specific) would know, so what is their situation. Miraculously SP went 17p > 14p > 7p > 10p without any comment from BOD, was this engineered, we all knew Subs stage was going to take time.
So BOD had bonus set at 14p now a rerun with Warrants. Why wasn't this round offered out to all other shareholders then BOD could pick up any surplus. Although all will be forgotten when new contracts arrive I am not happy with current practice, 150m > 325m total so halved. If this new money is not needed by tomorrow then should have been offered out.
DYOR
Hello Ruprecht, situation is constantly changing. We came into this consolidation at 150m shares. Now we are looking at 325m. On your Genus question, by concentrating offerings constantly in one direct (management) the PI is changing percentage wise, so would we have a voice if Genus was looking towards a buyout. I think not.
They could make a good offer as future earnings would be considerable and they would have a guaranteed Smart Comms. Possibly looking at £3, if we had got further along could have £5. Only my opinion, obviously not Colour's, LOL. DYOR
Hello mcgoof, did ask CC over weekend about inhouse and Framework situation, probably cannot answer me without everybody else. If we are the all or main suppler to these large tier 1's then I feel we could well reach 100m, only my thoughts but no time to sell. DYOR
Genus is doing very well but then it is the biggest and most reliable MM in India.
I wont labour the point again but I think we must be inbuilt in Genus meters as they are taking on a lot of orders. They cant be risking just possibly getting a sub contractor, or not. I feel they have taken on the awards on the basis that they have the vital piece of Smart Comms they need and in long proven use with them. If CC have half of the orders that is a fortune but the lot would be unimaginable. DYOR
Hi Vas.
That is a long report, read a few pages then resorted to your notes.
They noted that Smart Comms was the most important part of meter. Saying they were having troubles with Interoperability and some manufacturers were trying by creating 2 platforms. Could only find one reference to CC but probably because report was made in 2022. Although he takes his time I think JC will have a lot to say on next video.
I think leases and Frameworks will be the order of the day with so many units being required in the next couple of years. Have to see if my bank balance will stretch a bit further. DYOR
Morning All. A question I asked recently perhaps we have some experts on this and other board. At a rough guess I would say about one third of all work that CC get in India will be via Genus and Intellismart. Does anybody know how our positioning as In-house and Framework contractor goes. If we are engaged, then I feel we cannot be awaiting Sub Contracts in this regard. I am working on the assumption that all Genus Smarts are CC Comm and all Intellismart are CC Comm. Even if this is not so, then surely all that is via this route would be not be subject to Sub Contract.
This would be interesting as both parties have won good awards to date, with Genus achieving massive SP rises. Could JC confidently say we are getting the same percentage of these wins.
Any observations from anybody, we are talking massive volumes. DYOR
They probably read your comments LTI.
My thoughts are CC is at a staging post where if we get the minimum orders in India we will do alright, if we get say 100m then we will be in the money. Add to this rest of world and there is no looking back. DYOR
Morning LTI, I may have mislead. I was not interested in the various CC products, all I wanted to know is when JC referred to Omnimesh in his last paragraph was this referring to CC products, of any kind, or does the word Omnimesh (stated by JC) cover other companies as well. If it means what I think it was intended to mean then the Gateways we are laying out is the Comms infrastructure for the whole of the area contracted and we are going to supply whatever meters and other connections required, that would be big I suspect.
DYOR
ITT, even I would wonder at $2.50 each. All I wanted to know is if when JC used the word Omnimesh it related to the CC product or was now a general term. My feeling was it related to CC. If so all these gateways are being set up for the connection of millions of CC modules.
DYOR
Hello LTI, just a tidy up. I took the word module to read meter, as you are not likely to have a module in a small gadget but more like a traffic light. My question was about Omnimesh which JC mentions, it was does this related to CC or is Omnimesh a general term used for all multiplatform items. is this something that CC will provide or somebody else. I would suggest that JC would not use this term for another company's product.
DYOR
Hello LTI, just to correct, I was making a statement re Colours comments on your repetition. In this case I found it useful. Did you have a reply regarding 1m Omnimesh and whether that applies to other Smart companies. Considering JC made the comment I assume it relates to CC Omnimesh. What do you think. DYOR
Thanks for repeating RNS LTI I know Colour does not like it. I noticed in JC closing comments he referred to 1m Omnimesh meters. Are other makes referred to by the same name, if not id that the, to be or not to be answer to meters. If Omnimesh is our trade mark then are they our inserts or retro modules. Any idea LTI, am I misreading it. DYOR
