Although it is annoying I think LTI is doing right in keeping us up to date with CC progress and after all we still own it. With any further problems it will be hard for JC to deny CC's progress. Still keep your sights set on 100p, and if we drag out much longer, winning and going further. After all at present we do not know what the hell is going on.

Morning Seawolf, due to the way this has been handled JC has built up an element of hatred amongst shareholders (and possibly others) by not giving account of situation. Of the various shares I have held for 50 odd years I do not think I have come across this amount of anger. Not a good thing in this day and age.

Thing is Borders have we got any contacts in India to spread the word. I know Colour has a few.

Hello LTI, have they all been waiting for FG28 Omnimesh, is that what the holdup was, after all this time waiting for CC's re-tooling is certainly justified. Esyasoft whilst being greedy more than likely know what a goldmine CC is, at this point if they were going to buy have they overplayed their hand. Even Genus probably have not factored in FG28.

Strangely enough Borders at this price buying is possibly a very good calculation, before Feb SP was steadily rising and now that FG28 is under way and could possibly be costed in at the old FG23 price, this could well be desired by all of the Utilities. Colour once said villages only want light bulbs, now that is wishful thinking, they want the works for their youngsters and quickly. Without Feb I feel we should be looking at a min of 30p and JC knew that. So now we have it, with confidence buy buy buy, on the assumption that this Esyasoft mess will not progress. SP could well hit a high spot if back to normal, then we will have to chat about BOD. We have been worn into the ground but it could all change.

A present do you have a long face or a smiling face, you probably appreciate you cannot be happy at somebody else's success and own your failure, unless you are a politician, so do you think game is up or we are in it for the long-term and big rewards.

ITT, about buying a few more, I'm inclined to agree. If goes through will probably get 10.44p and if not will more than likely soar way beyond 30p.

If at all possible from one of the 5%'ers now would be the ideal time for EGM. Cannot see this going to another PUSU.

Trouble with all this LTI is that I feel JC is bouncing along as usual but has already told us we are out, so what is your excitement. It would be different if he slipped in a little snippet telling us we were on board, but no, total silence. So what is your take on that.,

I am not sure but do we take it the contract is again suspended, is there political reasons or is it that they are waiting for CC with Omnibus/FG28 to become available following on from INDORE and the good write ups from GoI and the utility and the fact that they made immediate profits with no apparent knock-backs. These major expenditures are difficult to get through parliaments.

Interesting ITT, can we sue for a refund.
