Seawolf, the trouble is JC thinks he has an empire, as with Intellismart was so pleased to sit at boss's table, everytime we were in a position to breakeven or even make a profit a set back like regulations occurred or worse still he looked to expand. He should have done right by the shareholders and sought a return, instead he took on more high profile people, expand into other countries, started doing charity work, all with no cash in the bank.

In hindsight absolute madness, he should have stayed with his other company, the Scottish Smart Project. Oh to be in a submarine and away from it all.

At this point that says to me JC has been taken for a ride and no matter how Esyasoft has flowered it up they don't want JC or his board, Esyasoft will be the managers, keeping the hands on workforce. It appears the loans with interest are legal, somehow they do not have to stick to law as not retail.

We are not talking about insolvency, these loans were made for a purpose, they cleared another more expensive loan, so creditors knew the state of play financially and basically knew they were making loan to themselves if all went to plan. I would say that if this was the case there surely was criminal intent to defraud shareholders.

Morning all, ITT now we have reached this further extension is it now time to seek numbers, 5%, for EGM as we are now just waiting upon Esyasoft's intention of whether they will proceed with a not wanted or needed offer. As JC has set their target for them I cannot see them wanting to go above 20p, probably less. I think it would be timely to go face-to-face with JC. We cannot continue with one side only of this none-bid having the facts which they equally appear to be able to pick and choose from. First question being why did JC make that Feb RNS, it was not in our interest as it stopped a rising SP in its tracks. Being intimidated, I feel, by Esyasoft he would never have published without their permission.

So I think JC is playing a very clever game in our favour or he is looking after number one and team casting us aside. Is it Show Time, we need answers.

Harley, if you cannot show loans but expenses have been incurred like GOA then you are automatically at a loss. That is why you take the loan.

Seawolf, if this a stitch up by JC, hopefully not, it will not go down well with (common) shareholders. I think they will go a lot further than locking him up. My only leniency is has JC got mixed up through self importance with a class way beyond him.

Any views on loans, as I said Esyasoft has probably got the interest situation in hand but I cannot see why they are not including it in the DD, surely with DD everything is included to make a decision, GOA was part of the loan reasons and Easysoft took over the installs, so how can they assess that aspect of CC assets without the loans which are on our balance sheet and for future development and stock, and is included in the audit. Is it that they do not want these loans talked about publicly. Without these loans CC would appear to have no money in the bank for GOA and for winning multiple AMISP's. CC have to produce a reason for extension, what can they possibly give for a delay of 3 months on such a small company.

Hopefully, if short list is correct, Genus will get Intellismart as Adani would probably tie up with Esyasoft.

I think Esyasoft must have covered the interest aspect they are such a big organisation.

I am now wondering why the loans plus interest is not being declared by Esyasoft, after all at this point it is in CC's ownership with a fixed recovery date plus interest. I would not have thought of this angle until mentioned, basically to me a loan is a loan.

None of us much about what is going on, but as the GOI changed the rules, remember that, and CC appears to be much needed for its Omnimesh, there is a good chance that a massive offer could still be forthcoming, at this point I would suggest hanging onto shares.

All, with the time limit 5 tonight, I cannot see what possible reason CC can give for such a delay as extension on the 3 months. CC is a minnow, Esyasoft desperately want it to complete their chain, but because they got away with it UK they want to try it again, having suckered JC, trouble to me is he has a 'dell boy' attitude that he knows better than everyone else, until it goes wrong and then wants to forget it, BI Ind, Genus. Sorry JC, long memory of you flying all the way to China for BI which came to nothing although you were really excited about it.

My chart of BB does not seem to be working. Using my brokers chart I have been looking at the following; on 1st Jan it was showing 6.93p, on 2nd Feb it was 8.21p, a good rise then came JC's RNS and all stopped, 1st May 8.44p. Using chart and making a straight line rule from 1Jan2Feb onwards, which rarely happens, I produced the following, 1st May 12.22p, 1st Jly 15.07p. Considering possible updates on GOA and winning any further AMISP's that could have been 30p or more.

Harley, probably right regarding gizmo. Thinking about this whole CC debacle. You may remember I am on PM Modi's mailing list, sent me a birthday card last year, LOL. I am saying this because, although I should imagine I have no influence, it is worth laying out the situation as CC could be a prime mover in India's energy future.

Good luck gizmo, get support around you. You have a good head on your shoulders, I have never suffered stress as such, only the type where you have to deal with emergencies within a couple of minutes, that stresses your mind. I have never done fishing but my sons do and say very relaxing.
