Morning, I have been reading other BB, I do not think Funds selling up is really to do with CC, more their internal balancing and holders requirements. Unless we know otherwise I do not think CC is in Financial difficulty, and again the AMISP contracts only require a deposit which is early refundable with the rest of contract self financing. So our main costs are staff and our exploits in other countries, which the BOD should never have entertained, other than supply only for cash until we had made a profit in India. This keeping us below poverty line for years which in hindsight was JC's wrong doing, exposing us when we were such a low funded company. I cannot ever remember him saying he was wrong, I should never have given BI industries our product info for their benches, I should never have given Genus the same for their benches and stuck to modules which we were being paid for up front and doing very well out of it. Having always supported JC in his chat up lines, I shall be more than surprised on this occasion to come out smiling. CEO's on AIM should be much more accountable.

You could well be right Harley, Intellismart are on the market but equally these long term maintenance contracts need assurances.

Hi Harley, following my 09:27. What if Esyasoft was planning to run shares out at end of loan but suddenly panicked that Intellismart etc could come in and mess things up and made their move early.

Open question. As we know Esyasoft made restrictions with their loans. If we were taken over by someone else, can Esyasoft loans be settled in cash or do does it have to be equity. Does a takeover mean a total buyout 100%, if not do Esyasoft conditions apply, can CC continue with loans.

Coming back to an earlier suggestion I made. If CC issued a 2 for 1 share to shareholders on condition it went directly to say Intellismart at an agreed price that would not be a takeover but give Intellismart control. This could well suite Intellismart and its partners to have a secure chain.

Well ITT, all may yet be forgiven, however it be mutiny by JC an appropriate fine would be £10m in my opinion, he always talks big and enthusiastic.

Although I think we do not need a takeover or looking for one, unless this has been engineered on our side, all the good news and contracts coming only out ways any past wastage of cash. To get a link in India's Smart chain Esyasoft needs CC I feel, probably no other independents around, if they only take a controlling interest in the end. I should imagine JC is thinking that most companies if taken over loose their BOD once other company gets feet under the table.

With the loans obtained and possible maintenance starts, CC cannot be struggling moneywise. On top of that any AMISPs only require early refundable deposits, followed self funding SPVs.

Another question, to all. these 17 contracts do not appear to have had refreshment of their meter stocks, may be of FG28 and want to be up to date.

However when does CC's contracts go into maintenance, is it as sections of contract are completed or when whole contract completed.

Good logic LTI, once orders are into maintenance time the works done and its more like insurance after that.

However the add on here is at that stage the remaining 7 year or so is at premium rate and probably very little expense.

Again takes some looking but to your knowledge which of past contracts are at this stage.

Mcgoof, everybody has different slants on this. The £180m includes GOA which just underway, JC is not necessarily responsible for final pricing Colour, CCI is independent. If extension goes beyond this one I think may be something is going on that involves June/July report. After all once JC had done the Feb RNS there was not much point in Esyasoft holding back. Lets see what happens end of this month.
