Thinking more simply, I feel where in the past JC has overspent in every direction to create his empire, by chance he for once hit a good streak in AMISP, this is going to make up for any poor decisions You thought CC not capable of running GOA, but they had cut their teeth in MYSORE and INDORE and as a result CCI got in with Intellismart after saving them embarrassment and then learned a lot regarding in situ management. Esyasoft must see CC as a quick turn around with masses of contracts to come. CC is a gateway for setting a standard in India with the rewards that follow.

Hi ITT, do not know story behind Good Energy but they seem to had a lean time about 3 years and ago now making good progress. Could not see 10yr charts but their sell may have been in their interest. If I read correctly Good is carry on as normal for management etc. So if CC got same offer JC is laughing and probably got a bonus.

Hi Borders, I think I can only remember one takeover and that was necessary. From an overview using gizmo/lti/itt/and others info I feel we in no way need a takeover even at 100p in the light of everything that's laid out for us this year. Should this be a massive game play for us by JC then he will be lifted shoulder high, you just never know. Over to you Colour.

Gizmo I think you would be better off fishing on a nice night. You are right, this is a peculiar pricing, the gap even allowing for the FG28 development, which I should not imagine was that costly (just sounds it), is enormous. With all that is going on and forecasts the sentiment should be in at 50>100p, way back 1m backlog was worth 20>30p. Unless some unknown light shines on this I think JC needs to be hung out to dry.

You are right Colour, this company was in no way looking to be a pauper. I think in any other realm theft would attract a long sentence and may well do here. So have the rightful owners had their property stolen, from under their noses.

Just thinking of Cadbury's end of the road saga and Good Energy possible end for their BOD, once a foreign company takes it puts its own management in. So if Esyasoft win its curtains for JC and we win its curtains for JC Possibly one with a lot of enemies, the other with not so many. He just can't be told.

LTI, hypothetical question, if BOD had rejected non-offer where do you think we would have been at this point in time.

I feel Feb saw SP rising especially with GOA, so Feb, Mar, Apr and now May. I think JC would have been ramping up Goa, other contracts, AMISP's like made and SP could well have been 40p+. To me that's the logic, JC had other intentions, saw SP about to shoot through the roof and was told put a lid on it or deals off. Only my opinion.

Well said LTI. My concern is that if we continue along this line there is the obvious conclusion that at best we would only achieve 20p whereas we were at 29p when we diluted. My observation is that we (us) pumped all this money in for years to bring to CC to profit and what does JC do, he recommends a stupid price way below what has been put in, you may say well it can go to the shareholders to decide, but why has it got to this stage, this is not negotiating this is acquiescence. So what has Esyasoft got over him or is it him feathering his own nest. I think JC would willing admit to the fact that he is full of himself, made a mess of B.I. Industries, giving them our blueprints, and should not have let Genus have our workings on their bench.

Thanks for that LTI, so Esyasoft knows all this, they want CC desperately and JC has shown them the way, follow me lads we are in the money. It would take a lot to convince me you have not scammed us. Scams are no longer tolerated.

CC is on its way to my hoped for 100p and after 27 months etc on to possibly 500p, without us. The writing is on the wall, may be GOI will come to our rescue.

If I was JC I would think very seriously, this is not a game.

Gizmo, amongst other things I was never any good at crosswords, when I started work in the 60's my 2 guvs used to compete to do the Times crossword. I did not even understand the clues. They would finish 10 t0 20 minutes.

Will we see a white night now that Esyasoft is holding back. As said CC is part of India, its only JC who kept chucking our money at other parts of the world preventing us from reaching breakeven and then taking off. All part of the design, I think he was talking about breakeven in 2016, and you had the feeling not far to go. Anybody any facts on his previous closures that he talks about.
