I recon with the good chance that Esyasoft offer will not be made, for reasons like new regs, that there is a likelihood that the SP golden barrier of 10.44p will be bridged and move towards 20p. ITT get your chap priced up please.

Well you lot, I think this report was produced overnight. ITT will no doubt be able to break it down for us but I think it is positive although slow timewise. So without this malarkey from Feb RNS I think CC would have been well on its way to 20 > 30 > 50p but once again stopped in tis tracks to not get above that stupid 10p offer price. The facts had to be stated and were good with new GOA underway, new economic products next year. With AMISP's coming up this year what could be better. So now we have it, 10.44p offer recommended does to match the facts. This is going to be very difficult for JC to explain.

ITT, your response would be immediate but should any action wait to see if this supposed bid ever comes to anything.

In the meantime you could get a price which I expect we would chip in pro rata.

All, we know that JC has kept us all in dark regarding details of takeover bid and reasons for recommending but is this actually legal that everybody except the owners are briefed.

Morning all, I feel we are at a bit of a crossroad. On several occasion over the years I have spoken/texted JC on phone. I think he would agree that he is a bit of 'del boy', scrambles for other peoples money then spends it liberally on his pet projects. It was the originality of the product that interested me. If he had stayed within his bounds we would have passed break-even yonks ago I am sure.

The thing now, is gizmo's revelations on Omnimesh another sea-change for CC, if it is adopted as standard the whole of India opens up to us. Then we are talking 100p>500p onwards. Intellismart , Genus etc would be interested in CC's Interoperability, RF, Private Cellular, Inmeter DCU, All of the other IPv6 etc systems. So why did JC hang us out to dry, or more to the point has he, my leniency is wearing a bit thin I must admit.

Hello sandy, yes I went the other route, averaging. Last low lot I bought was at 1.78p.

I think we are better off with no bid. Early Feb SP was rising a would probably been 20p by now. Nothing much has changed outside of this messing about so with the new regs CC could jump back to well past 20p.

That was a good update on Intellismart. JC has the next couple of weeks to play a blinder for us. Failing that he is likely to great a good deal of enemies.

Morning ITT, if you have the time can you do an Barclays Unicorn type asset strip for me; so what if all commitments of CC outside of India were ignored, middle east, Thailand etc, charities in India, wasted senior appointments, halved BOD salaries, add what Esyasoft had to buy from us for GOA stock when taking on task. Would CC have been in profit at that stage.

Hi Sandy, as you say CC BOD set a very low bar, but is there something wrong at present, we were all flabbergasted when JC made Feb RNS, it looked ridiculous with all that is in the pipe. However did that set the standard in our minds that we were worthless when we know that with GOA and all the current contracts we were on the way up. To put the lid on BOD recommended 10.44p, such stupidity unless they were being forced into it.

With Intellismart we could be very useful and probably still have a friend there. We carried out a rescue mission for them, have done various jobs in excess of our original remit. Until Esyasoft came along we could be relied on. We have favour with GOI, and could well see a lot f projects to completion after INDORE masterpiece. If Intellismart only took a majority holding it would set the ball rolling.

Sandy, a little bit confusing. I recon with upcoming contracts etc CC should be worth 100p, so what if Intellismart bought us out at 100p, that could well mean that settling Esyasoft in shares would only cost CC 15m shares, a very small percentage. Only a thought.

Hello Sandy, not certain but was the right to convert loans to equity, if not settled in full.

Also if CC was purchased at 100p. would that not mean a lot less shares for the £15m loan equivalent.

Well Colour, I'll give JC the benefit of the doubt until we hear otherwise. Either way he could be playing with fire, he upsets us or he upsets Esyasoft. We would be the easy prey but investors nowadays are not the old easy come, easy go types. Anybody can buy shares, I used to have tons of paperwork, the world has changed and people now do not take kindly to being hoodwinked.

I have said before that, regardless of balance sheet, I think with what is about to happen in India CC's position is that we are worth 100p progressing to 500p in a few years. As we know Intellismart is up for sale, however if they bought CC for 100p it would enhance their saleability considerably I feel. They would have an End to End set up capable of taking on all of remaining India.

Has anybody got any facts about JC's past performance in closing companies and his success rate.

Hi all, I recon with the regs changes Esyasoft may not see it as easy pickings and not bother. Red why do you think SP will drop to 6p as it was rising in early Feb.

If as gizmo suggests CC Smart becomes the new standard in India then SP may rise considerably. From past performance Indore etc CC has proved itself as stable, it is only JC involvement with Esyasoft that has cast any shadow. At this stage I somehow feel we may get a good result. Then buying up to 10.4p could well be a start to a fortune. 'Always look on the bright side of life', those were the days.
