This still comes back to why CC BOD recommended 10.44p. If JC published Feb RNS as a preemptive it certainly did us no favours, SP was on this rise and by March RNS could well have been 12p+. I think JC is now likely to be preparing his presentation as either way answers need to be provided.
My thoughts are, this is not likely to proceed as some Big Fund money came in years ago and will hopefully be expecting 100p+ to breakeven plus a bit. All being equal (and probably not) CC has £15m of cheap loans from Esyasoft, are AMISP, got GOA contract and looking at a lot more (could be £0.5bn to £1bn), have 17 contracts to supply. Unless Esyasoft has a massive hold over, or offer to BOD they cannot refuse, then it is in CC's interest if we just push ahead with inbuilt finance and do not waste it on peripherals like ROW and charities until capable.
