Thanks for that gizmo but JC said in his January text that roll out had already commenced so where are the payments. Government's make statements but do we know exactly when £70m contract starts/started.

Hi gizmo, the Goa contract was not just for consumers but the whole Smart installation, so JC saying it had begun in January should mean some payments in February. Is there any way of establish if payments have moved in the books.

Morning Harley, are we in a position to ask if income has been received from GOA contract. That would answer one question, has contract started or not.

Gizmo, following questions of when GOA roll out begins/begun, in January JD said to me 'we have started the roll out of meters in Goa including the MDM and HES software'. So its more than likely our contract in some form was underway at that time. Be interesting to know if Greenmeter or Digismart has received any payments. Is this being kept secret.

Hi gizmo, Meshmerise are German so probably set up pvt for India. Colour, texts with JC some time back, covered most subjects. I am still thinking of this GOA 2 year built in protection, I think that would be very hard for a minister to change, considering a couple of years back GOA had a false start. Not likely to take any chances now.

Borders, you say doomed. We might think that but I recon all around us have great plans for the company, just not with us. That is something we have to fix.

Gizmo, stats might say that but if work has begun EL/PL etc surely contract has started and payments accounted for.

This is where possibly ITT opinion comes in. As owners of company we should asap be informed of major changes, not just when it suites BOD. That is a failure to keep shareholders up to date. This business with GOA contract of not changing owners for 2 years was obviously put in to protect GOA government form slippage or abandonment I should imagine, has any comment been put forward from their Minister. I think this would indeed affect the whole Group, would Digismart or Greenmeter be allowed independently to make commercial decisions, like changing contract conditions or pulling out.

Morning all, to my mind why did JC publish the offer in Feb, why did he recommend it in Mar, why did we even consider these paltry sums in the first place, have we got money problems, I think not with £15m in the bank. So the BOD needs to make a statement or do the video presentation to us its bosses as to what the hell is going on. It needs to be in this quarter as promised.

I wonder if a few will now be deciding whether to get back in and take SP beyond 10.44p as we were heading before, would be extraordinary but this was an extraordinarily stupid price. Could be up up and away.

Well LTI, looks like a lot credence will come out of any of these final decisions. Lets hope Esyasofts annoying interference has not blown it for CC. Intellismart is cleverer than that I think.
