Morning Onbey, trouble is the PI's are shattered, having over the years footed all of JC's bills and got nothing. Question mark is, though unlikely will it all fall through. When time gets close with no change buying to the limit will then take place I should imagine.

The interesting bit will be has any fraud taken place, in this country once started they dig and dig and all parties, however remote will get involved, books turned over, emails read, telephone taped conversations recovered. People think they are exempt until the ball starts rolling.

During my previous career I did a bit of phycology, these are my current thoughts: is it JC we should be looking at, has he talked Esyasoft into making this offer. Read Mar 3 deeply, SP had started to rise (possibly15p by now), JC wanting to tie in with an international company so that he could expand as fast as he likes without going cap in hand to us or investors, the Feb offer could have been discussed by BOD and rejected as we did not need any further capital after 2 loans with long dates, he wants to rule the world with his Comms and does not want us as owners, tells shareholders to wait, flies back to India to cement his shady deal, gets BOD to vote unanimously to recommend it. 3 Mar RNS suggests he has no intention of not being involved in CC's future, he is blatantly talking up CC's immediate (probably £bn) future, rubbing our nose in it.

The bit I do not follow is the BOD, most are probably underwater, so why pull out now when Jan 26 - Dec 26 are likely to give big big returns on their money. I can imagine JC going back to Esyasoft and saying ' I told you, it worked'.

I agree gizmo, if anything is gained it will be hard work but I would support it. R&D spend over years was I believe £60m so we should at least get that back. In my dealings with JC over the years he gave various assurances and honoured none. In my area of East London that does not sit well.

He still has a chance to make good but will he take it. I think ITT will be gunning for him. Not saying there is but any criminal activity would involve and sundry. A bit like Epstein.

Again, in that RNS 3 Mar JC is telling us how well CC is going to do this year, without us. From the beginning he has not given the shareholders (owners) a penny, absolutely nothing. He has taken, asking for more money. When he diluted us at 200:1 it was to make us more attractive, we achieved 29p then down again we went to 1.75p, that was an achievement, how does he do it. I am wondering just what the rest of BOD think about this dilemma, are they stuck or can they organise a revolt. Some must be well under.

ITT, Esyasoft do not need due diligence time, they are on the inside already. They are waiting to see any opposition, that probably will not come until a firm bid is made. looking at RNS 3 MAR 07:00, how thick can JC be, Esyasoft are secure at every angle and can even drop price if they want.

I have been involved in police investigations in the past, very long winded, but once they get any angle of criminal activity they turn everybody over, books, now emails and telephone recordings, the lot. So may be the company should be a little bit worried about complaints.

Morning all, it has always concerned me JC made no further comments when SP dropped from 29p down and down. Any other CEO would have panicked like mad, the thought of company folding. So may be Colours lifestyle up to retirement holds water, filling us with a lot of bilge. Do the other BODs feel conned also. Reading recent RNS's JC is telling us about CC's marvellous future and all they are going to do without us. That is an insult and in no way protecting the shareholders (owners), more or less telling us to get stu..ed. JC I can feel a great deal of tension building up amount us nobodies PI's, be mindful of this.

Anyway at this time the question is can JC redeem himself with his beloved shareholders. I think not. In my mind there is a big question mark on why he split the roles last year of CEO and Chairman. Is it Esyasoft already has a Chairman.

Most AIM companies fail because of the product and market, with us its the BOD, I feel we have been told a bunch of lies by JC (it will be alright on the night) and the rest who take corporate responsibility blundering along with his dell boy approach. That is my feelings and JC will be long remember by me. If they have an investigation I wonder if they will rake through all the emails and correspondence as they on TV detection.

Well ITT/LTI I think JC and Heather should be called upon to give a verbal account for this foul up. Despite constantly saying they were working for the shareholders, in all those years if fact the shareholders got nothing but extra costs, no dividend's and no SP rises, if fact nothing at all. In the meantime the company looked after everybody else including hangers on. I go along with ITT, CEOs have a duty of care and CC should be investigated.

Why did JC want to split CEO and Chairman last year is there a link.

Unless something amazing comes out of the woodwork we have been had over, may be by all of them. No lay offs during covid when bigger companies were doing it. Harry got taken on from BT did nothing then retired.

Hello Colour, cant agree with that. We loaned miles too much off of Esyasoft, just because it was there. These loans are all signed and sealed with repayment dates. So now we do not need Esyasoft, we will repay from AMISP contracts as expected, RDSS mainly run on shortterm deposits so can be turned over, we do not need a take over at this point so loans safe and if a taker over comes later it would have to take these factors into account and be good. By that time we should have several AMISPs performing and have money in the bank.

That would be interesting ITT, my view is that if customers bought in it would be more to protect their interests even if they risked a small amount it would protect the US$m's they are sinking into their own Smart upgrades. Just thinking if JC had not raised this approach in early February and turned it down the SP would probably by now be 12p. Fishy. So much for Esyasoft not knowing about it. JC could already see SP rising.

ITT, whilst unlikely what if the SP rose above the offer price by someone mopping up, even a customer, where would that place Esyasoft.

We all know this is a derisory offer by a company that may not be trusted in future. A group like Genus and others would not want to own the whole company but would protect their interests. With all that is going on contract wise this is a ridiculously low offer.

Hi LTI, I think we are all dumbfounded by the offer and JC acceptance of it. Once Esyasoft offer is put in writing then just may be other offers may come in within India. This a crucial time in India with energy, CC has developed a great degree of trust but will that trust remain under Esyasoft, the BOD may remain in situ but unlikely, so can Esyasoft as the leader be trusted for the 10 year cycle, probably not as they are just money people and could easily do the dirty on them. Starting from such a low position could a consortium of customers make an offer, protecting their interests long term.
