Thanks for that gizmo. 3oc in morning, interfering with your dreams. When the minister had that meeting last week I thought is this complicating GOI new RDSS infrastructure. JC may have played this right by bringing to the boil before GOA got well underway. Esyasoft may have the money but CC I feel have the know how and connects in India. There may be drama yet, Esyasoft have not made an offer yet and if they do it could be massive, which could bypass the problems you have foreseen. There is probably big, big money to be had if Digismart get 20>30>40% of market, I am still looking at 50p SP bid, if any, which I feel CC is worth with all of its R&D costs, if we did a 2:1 issue giving Esyasoft control (with conditions) the SP would soon rise. We have waited ages for these nationwide contracts to be issued, now is not the time to loose out.

Harley, it is now down to JC. Can he arrange a very good deal. If we ditch Esyasoft, not easy, can we arrange a loan with Axis, did we need the size of loan we were suckered into. With RDSS, which will probably be the norm, contracts will be self-financing, deposits probably small and quickly returned upon install starts to be used in next round, so with 27 month cycles for contracts being paid monthly there should not be a need for massive loans. Again my thoughts.

Appreciate your views, however further long-term delays would I think not be acceptable. 2026 should at last be the year when we look at profits for shareholders, SP improvements and dividends. The ROW may have to wait, like Thailand everything is long term. We own the company and are least thought of, may suit you for long term investment and possibly your pension but I am 82, Harry went long ago, it is not practical to go beyond this year without showing respect for us. That is why I suggested the 2:1 offer to Esyasoft, we all get something. If they owned 50% at 50p we could then push with the company protected. More than likely wishful thinking.

Safety, to me there is a lot of money to be made, GOA being only small part, I think JC should row (pun) back on ROW, get AMISPs sorted in India and give PIs a bit of cash back. If that is not all too late. Still trying to get head round Esyasoft, was it a set up, was it done to test T/O market, would Esyasoft be satisfied owning 50% of CC and keeping sweet with GOI and Utilities as CC would possibly have to prove its reliability all over again on full buyout. Hard to say with India but has CC gone beyond money and into reliability, would any direct buy out create instability and lack of confidence with GOI.

Morning safety, a small repetition. Goa, 750,000 div 27 months, roughly 30,000 units a month, Smart Comms element of meters at say £15 per meters is £450,000 (gross) to CCI. As AMISP CC will receive £2.5m a month (gross) for distribution. I think that is correct.

It would now be good if JC could give an update, within his constrictions, if only to say he is happy with progress. This would help SP to reach or surpass the 9.75p. Esyasoft may have a lot of cash but they really want CC to complete their Smart. Although may not be possible I would still like to see something like a 2:1 rights issue which could be sold on to Esyasoft, at a good price, with safeguards built in they would have 50% ownership and share the work up between AMISP (CC) and Install (Esyasoft). This I recon would create stability and get us a much larger % of market.

Hello Bordersman, the one good thing about the new mass market that CC is entering is RDSS. To my knowledge, apart from funding the deposit per contract which is refundable when contract starts, the rest is self financing by bank. As AMISP CC gets payments along the way which it distributes to subs, looks like for GOA it is £70,000,000 gross divided by 27 months which equals about £2.5m a month. Overall I should imagine that for 750.000 @ £15 per meter for the Smart Comms element we should get gross £11.25m + whatever we gain for AMISP. So do we need a takeover, I think not and GOA is a very small contract.

A question. When JC first did the RNS there were comments that he did not need to do this. Is this correct, if so what was the aim. SP was steadily rising so by this time there is a good chance we could have been at 12p. So what was gain in all this. Observations please.

Hello Sandy, if you dont mind me saying, that is a stupid comment. Esyasoft more than likely know every in's and out's of CC. It is us that do not know a thing.

LTI, what I was hoping for is a 'state of the nation' type video, totally disregarding current situation. The update JC was intending to give before Esyasoft problem. That way shareholders would know what they are defending and AMISP opportunities.

ITT over the years you have been very irate with CC, I remember your confident monthly drip feed and rising to 6 figures. My annoyance is why did not JC secure India before stretching out to ROW and leaving us, for a very time, vulnerable. If JC is a good negotiator we could still survive or come out with decent settlement.

Whilst CC had got itself into this awkward position by letting SP fall this far without action it was interesting to hear gizmo think that Omnimesh could make CC bulletproof, a lot of R&D has gone into its creation. To me the very near future of AMISPs and supply contracts could well place CC above the £1m market. Going on ITT thoughts I would think that would take us into £3 SP. After all these years I hope the big boys hold out for that sort of price.

CC Smart Comms is a major link in Smart Market, and is worth a fortune in next 2 years, dont let Esyasoft win, we took over Connode for Ipv6 now Esyasoft want the lot for nothing. We need a resistance group, where is our liaison Director.
