Hello Greengrass, I bet even you did not see this miserly offer coming. JC probably thought he was getting on well with Esyasoft, as with BI Industries and Genus which did not happen. We will hopefully reject this but will probably have to look for a new partner. All in a days work.

As this an opening gambit, maybe, I should imagine there is a long way to go. It would be a waste to consider under 50p in my opinion, for all the time put in, with no gains over the years, I would hold for a bit longer to see what our current AMISP bids amount to. At this point in time we are about gather the fruits (or not) of our investments. 6 months will probably tell us and offer could not be much worse and possibly better.

Colour, hope the crust has not got too hard for my teeth. I think JC has done this release to rally the troops. I bet Funds will be amazed even though its probably just testing water to set a low bar. Especially those coming in with warrants. In my opinion CC apart from talking everything up and then leaving big information gaps went too far in splashing the cash, ROW, charities, big named persons in and out, with no cash in bank.

Surprised Esyasoft did not kick off at 20p with current GOA and order book knowing CC Smart Comms was the major part of Smart.

Just reflecting back on gizmos reference to reverse into Intellismart. With Esyasoft on board with big money and may be big ideas anything is possible. CC would possibly get all the new contracts for Smart. That would be worth possibly £bn's and if guaranteed could do a small Microsoft. Just getting into the excitement. DYOR

Hi, I think it is Wirepas you should be looking at. Unless I am wrong I think Wirepas supply Kimbal and HPL. So really it is a matter of can Wirepas supply something CC has not got. May JC could enlighten us during next video.

Any of those sums would all revolve around Esyasoft. Interesting though, CC and Esyasoft both seem to want into the big time in India and appear to trust one another. Always possible.

Interesting Sand. If Esyasoft bought a 50% in CC and then we bought out Intellismart could have the knowledge of AMISP bidder, hands on for meter installations, own a meter manufacturer and probably more. Could be a reward for CCs partnership. Interesting concept. Like the Microsoft reference. Start of something big?.

Is there something going on, are we about to take off. JC will shortly be giving us his update, with GOA, any new contacts we have bid for, possibly at breakeven, no that is too much to ask. India has now reached the stage where it wants to push on and an ideal time for us to be looked over by someone like Esyasoft as a bid or buy-in. CC have said with other partners (Genus, L+T, HPL) that we would do well but does not seem to be happening yet, with their SP's leaving us behind. We seem to be well involved with Esyasoft and Monte Carlo and meet all their Smart requirements. Both are well britched, we are currently well funded, so perhaps it could happen this week.

morning all. good observations from bb. my thoughts on goa, rough thinking *** packet (lol), cci are the amisp for 750,000 units over 27 months.

so roughly 30,000 a month, past estimates for past supply only were £12.50 per unit, i should imagine as l1 we should expect an over all price £20 for extra involvement. so if we say £20 per unit (gross) x 30,000 that equals £600,000 (gross) per month for cci's part of total contract. that is good money for one small contract. my thoughts.

LTI, that's very good news in one state 1m units. If CCI fully involved could well exceed breakeven.

ITT, give jan/dec 26 a chance. To me 2025 should have been it but nothing holds to time. Last year there was talk of a takeover Intelismart? but nothing came to that. We now have a good relationship with Esyasoft and I feel that could well mature, our omni/HES/infrastructure knowledge (INDORE) is probably the perfect fit for their end to end Smart in India.

It has been said many times that our SP is undervalued, possibly deliberately falsely, I should imagine Esyasoft recognises that. With its UK acquisition it appears to have placed a good price and kept company structure in place, this was probably same for it's Indian meter purchase as well.

With CCI current order book I would hope Esyasoft sees an SP value of 30p. Now repeating myself, I would like to see a 2:1script issue assigned to Esyasoft giving them 50% holding, the hopeful bit is I would like to see price at 50p, as Esyasoft is such a powerful company with Unicorn status I feel that would establish the price so Esyasoft would breakeven from start. My thoughts only.

With Esyasoft looking over our shoulder with a friendly face and GOA about to produce we should get back to 20p and then steadily rise. Can't see how CC, with its order book, was allowed to drop to 6p without BOD attempting some form of intervention.

Well ITT, at this stage of the game I only want to know what affects CC or has an immediate prospect of doing so. Not ifs and buts. We will soon be eating into 2026.

Is this EV project involving CC, if not why are we reporting it

It has been put several times the possibility of a takeover or part sell off.

Does anybody have a guesstimate of value of Digismart without CCI. my line of thought is that it be sold or floated as a stand alone management of AMISP with a permanent contractual agreement with CCI as sole supplier of Smart Comms. This would give Digismart flexibility to cover whole market unlike HPL and guarantee an income. Only a thought.
