Hello jake, I think what you see in numbers is not what Esyasoft sees. They probably see a rebuild of company, with all the profits coming their way. Most R&D already covered for their purposes so they will possibly replace BOD, reduce R&D, remove any dead wood, go for any remaining big contracts and be where it would have paid us to be 2 years ago. We will be looking from afar.

Food for thought. We are going to have to rely on BOD to get us out of this. Having said that have we looked at Esyasoft position, if they are not successful with current bid, can they afford to disassociate with CC, are they desperate to get CC as part of their end to end setup for India. Will they pay what they have to pay for success. Now is the time for JC to lay out all CC good points, possible degree of success and contracts this year, future prospects. JC is a salesman, now is the time to sell to shareholders. Do rules change on forward forecasts when bids are made. I feel sure Esyasoft knows there is a ton of money to be made out of CCI.

Sorry scotland. Sure I typed it but it came out as that, of all things I was using '0's for effect. To clarify, GOA AMISP is 750,000 units for £70m.

Roughly 1m units would equal £100m. Based on that the 10m AMISP units that JC said they were going to bid for, if totally successful, would equate to roughly £1bn.

A question for the more learned amongst us. We know that when CC bid for GOA the stated intent was to do AMISP (L1) and supply and install. Esyasoft took install over, I suppose freeing up CCI to chase the 10m AMISPs. 1) Can CCI cancel Esyasoft contract to install GOA in light of current situation. 2) Could Esyasoft be barred from bidding legally as a contractor having possible certain knowledge as 'insider' to CCI operations.

Repeating myself, JC said he was aiming at bids for 10m units of AMISPs, should he achieve that at current ratio of 1m units = £100 ,000 (Gross) that would be a gross of £1,000,000,000. Existing loans will be sufficient to meet deposits which are early returnable, basically we do not need any more cash and the loans are fairly long with total settlement upon expiry. Unless loans are cancellable for any reason whatsoever its business as usual and getting on with earning profits, with monthly guaranteed sums payable along the way, no debtors. So on these 10m units, if won, could be £40m (gross) a month.

Now if any of that is, after all this time, imminent and Esyasoft they are sitting on a goldmine.

I think everybody know CC is on the cusp of big orders and cash. I reckoned GOA will need 30000 installs a month, X that by possibly £15 per unit , that's half a million £'s per month for our gross revenue (per unit) per month. Big money for one small contract. Must put up a fight.

Gizmo, yes JC is probably fuming, should Heather have advised him better or is it beyond CFO. JC has dealt with many takeover etc should he have seen this coming or is it the mistake of over expanding and putting too much possible profit into ROW ideals. He is experienced and would not say he has a 'dell boy' attitude but feel should have had better oversight of CCI finances and dealings. Would not be surprised if Esyasoft split the company India/ROW, milked India for 5 years then sold it on for maintenence value, AMISP only of value in India, then run ROW or sell off.

ITT, always afterthoughts but only because of this happening, I was thinking is this why the roles of Chairman and CEO was split.

Morning LTI, with all your pleasantries even you cannot deny that with an order book of 14m units, an AMISP, others hopefully imminent, SP should be between 30p to 50p minimum. So why 6 to 8p if not being manipulated. Come on now.

I think as we all know this offer has come out of the blue, Esyasoft offering to buy but CC not up for sale. So its a sellers market. Esyasoft had CC in its confidence but now it has renegaded JC sees its true intent. JC either knew of this possibility/or not. I think not. Esyasoft was in on our contracts as we were partnering so did not need ownership but could not resist. If they came in at 50p or 100p they would have been snapped up, but no jump in and a rich company faces rejection. To add CC will probably not have them on further contracts and so that line of continuity is removed. CC probably about to sign multiple AMISP deals so doesn't need Esyasoft. Probably this all happened without warning because the AMISP contracts are probably about to happen and its a last chance but JC made a stand. At this time this is the line I prefer to take. We do not need to sell.

Hi gizmo, reading other BB do you think CC SP has been held at this low level to stablish a time line for price. Did not fully understand other BB but said something if previously involved bidder had to revert to previous pricing. Or something like that.

Hello Harley, as I see it CC has not made any money because of the BODs desire to continuously expand, maintain high R&D costs, not lay off staff when appropriate. Strip out these and ROW and I feel we would be in the money some time back. Having said that CC, without these high costs, would be very valuable to Esyasoft as the missing link (Smart). I still think JC should be looking at 100p + for the worth it is to Esyasoft.

I wonder if any comments are about to come from them. I should imagine Esyasoft is only really interested in India as ROW must seem a long way to fruition. If Esyasoft cannot buy CC they will have to look for an alternative Smart Comms supplier, should think that would not come cheap. CC Smart is worth its weight in gold to them. We are not in a FIRESALE so no reason to sell. I would say CC value is X 10 to Esyasoft for continuity, especially with GOA commitment running. Assuming this an Auctioneers 'knock down' for starters I believe there is a long way to go and with other bidders. I think JC should consult BOD and make a counter sale offer of 100p+.

Morning. There is something very wrong here. It was bad enough dropping from the 20's then rising to 14p then dropping to 6p, all to my memory without comment from JC. I think that JC, who thought he was rubbing shoulders with Esyasoft (a big boy), got suckered into letting Esyasoft do the installs for GOA, who then had the ground knowledge to run the show, holding back the bid until after start. CC got cheap loans (surprise) but they were intended for Esyasoft afterwards. The AMISPs are probably going to be successful and make a fortune so now was the time to strike.

Finally CCI has the loans longterm at good rates. We have the GOA contract and possibly many more, this is business but nobody likes to be bullied. This figure would be a loss to many and the Funds. JC would not want to give his shares away at a pittance. Somebody said his accumulated shares are well into higher figures and if his retirement is around the corner he would want a good return.

So is this possibly a game of poka, could Esyasoft threaten to withdraw as a Goa sub, if so could CCI make other arrangements. Could Monte Carlo help us out. We know that with our Smart Comms and order book we are valuable with 30p to possibly 50p. If you think our present BOD is useless then they would think the same probably, so management would improve. What I am saying is the company in its pivotal position is worth a lot more than these figures.

Colour, try to cover your total dislike for JC for a few more months until what he produces. Do not forget yours/mine money at stake. If you take away any concerns of BOD management we are left with the intrinsic value of CC to Esyasoft, they have the meter manufacturers, the customers (hopefully many contracts) but the Smart which it is all about is Smart Comms. Others do Smart Comms but would they co-operate at short notice and at what cost for supplies, GOA is a contract to meet.
