Morning all. To me CC has a goldmine but just not digging in one area intread all over with a greed to making more money at the expense none at present. In our case it is a matter of developing existing India contracts and using AMISP to return profits. In the case of CC everybody did well except shareholders. Future contracts in India if won are worth billions (£), but no must push on, Thailand was talked up but nothing, everything must be profit orientated not just, oh where we will sink that somewhere else, as long as staff and BOD are well compensated. A small company should make a small profit, balance the books and then move forward. Bit late for JC to learn but Heather should have kept an eye on finance, remember Simon Smith, I spoke to him a few times. CC could make a few bob but must concentrate on India. My thoughts.

I was surprised that CCI got GOA over Adani. That was before I knew Esfasoft were in with Adani. It now makes sense if it is a setup. CCI we're rising in the ranks of Indian sociability. I recon Esyasoft plan is to divide CCI India and ROW, go like mad with India, assess ROW returns, sell off any ROW and develop the rest.

Morning gizmo, I am still running with JC is innocent of betraying PIs until I know better and is working hard to extract us from Esyasoft. When we won GOA we also took on 1st sub of supply and fit meters, when Esyasoft took over roll did CC retain the right of supply with Esyasoft doing fit. To me that is crucial because we could drop Esyasoft and take that function back. If JC has the power of negotiation we could get Axia to advance another loan, could be in their interest, repay £16m which was miles too much to loan but I suppose was offered long term, this would give us a chance to stabilise.

There is a lot of business out there and we could do well. 10m AMISPs could equal £1bn gross. No longer chicken feed.

Hi, is it not the case, did someone say, that CC has spent over £60m on R&D over the years. I would expect JC to be trying to cover that. With difficulty.

Gizmo, 50p a good starting point, the Funds are in it to make money not peanuts, they can hold and are seeing India open up.

2026 will probably see the majority of contracts being placed. CC always said if it got 20% it would be well placed.

Could probably get more, theoretically Esyasoft should be desperate to get a Smart Comm and possibly cant believe it s luck.

JC should have waited until Esyasoft officially moved, by then would possibly been way beyond 12p, needing them to revise their bid.

Considering CC was marked as a quality company this all sounds very fishy.

ITT it definitely needs investigating. This is a good product with SLAs, can be placed in any meter, can do all from RF to cellular, do long distance which may be unique, has met all standards and installation times. Basically a good allrounder, dont you know. Yet despite all this we finish up here. If JC had not made this takeover comment on a rising SP we would probably have been on the way to 10p > 15p. Definitely a question mark, is it so that when Esyasoft comes in at say 20p it looks good after all our arguing. To me do not consider selling below 100p, its well worth it to Esyasoft.

Hi gizmo, not your line, but my good deal result would be 100p but cant see that happening. For years PIs have been pumping cash in, with no profit, no dividends only to receive the occasional thanks. Everybody in this company has been looked after except the shareholders, who the CEO is supposed to protect, even got an extra bod to liaise with shareholders, fat good that was, heard nothing. Got a bod for the Americas, why. ROW with our finances was pure day dreaming. We gave build information away to Chinese BI Industries, came to nothing. We let Genus take our build information inhouse to build into Smart Meters, they took off, we got nothing. I held 20m shares at one time which was dropping, we then consolidated at 200:1 to achieve 30p, which then dropped again, without averaging I would be well down. JC has got to do a lot to cheer me up, which I suspect unless he his a management genius is not possible.

Morning all, I was gob smacked by the current situation. JC prides himself in organising takeovers at good profits yet for this one he has done nothing but call upon shareholders for financing, when that appeared to be exhausted he moved to the chosen few giving them generous offers and warrant promises, much to the annoyance of existing PIs. This has the knock on effect of reducing PIs position from 60% to 10% currently. JC and Heather should have managed the situation better. This company without the encumbrances of ROW layouts would now , my opinion, been into the money and possibly at 100p with the Indian contracts and more to come. ITT is probably right, unless JC performs a magic trick, it needs investigation. Esyasoft needs the Smart Comms to progress and unless there is another one in the wings it needs CC. We do not need Esyasoft.

Looking a the comments Safety, I feel Eysasoft were trying their luck. Probably saw that Intellismart were not attracting buyers, wanted to have part of CC and thought why not have the lot, especially if ridiculous offer gets it.

Coming away from SP. With Smart Meters Utilities want reliability and continuity for 10 years at least, would it pay for JC to approach, existing contracts, to form a co-operative/consortium to bid on part ownership scheme by issuing a 2 for 1 (repeating myself) to existing shareholders with commitment to sell directly to consortium, giving them protection at low cost per Utility and a good half release price for shareholders. Unless of course JC has a no-brainer up his sleeve which he might well have.

Harley, I think JC had half a dozen companies (antenna etc) at the time so spread about.

We have waited all these years for this fruition, we dont need Eysasoft now, for us India is still a goldmine and Eysasoft knows it.

Morning Harley, yes really, I have been in a long time, CC product is not unique but not far off, it has developed its management into AMISP in India. As I see it the reason we are not in profit is CCs desire to go ROW before making headway In India, I see that as a short coming of JC, you cant keep going into a betting shop with a quid and using that winning to pay for next bet regardless of paying the bills and the person who loaned you the quid (shareholders). All the expenses laid out over the years, still holding my quid, are about to pay off. Dont let Esyasoft grab it.

Going one stage further I think JC should indicate CC is not on the market for less than 100p. We do not want or need a takeover. With AMISPs alone we could be in the £1bn (gross) market. Our supply only contracts could produce a further £0.5bn with all the contracts that are going to be available in coming months. I suspect that once Esyasoft saw GOA was successfully away that this was the last chance to put in a ridiculous before CC took off.

Actually Colour, there is no reason to take any offer. Via Esyasoft CC is self contained for next few years, was not looking to sell, so below 50p is not a viable proposition for CC. So why do you think done deal.

No Colour, which they value at getting for FA. They could go elsewhere at great cost but loose a lot of time. What they want is end to end and hopefully they will have to pay for it. Or may be CC will hold them off, we do not need them, we have deposit money and possibly several AMISPs about to sign up.

So is JC either shafting us,playing a blinder or got caught on the hop and going to India for support. Cyanconnode now has a good reputation for quality and reliability. That would not necessarily be the case with cutbacks, new management, inexperience with product. Staff could vanish on uncertainty.

Bottom line, we want protect our cash, so may be should keep quiet for a couple of weeks to see the lay of the land.

Well Colour my hope is that JC is playing a complex game of bringing CC to market. He did not expect the Auctioneer to start the bidding this low. He has shown his negotiating skills at selling on, but not at this level before. He has never done anything for PIs and now is his chance to pull the rabbit out, if the hat is still there. Surely he knew the risk he was taking, Heather should, SS would have been up with this. We will probably see a direction this coming week. Strip out ROW and halve R&D and CC would probably make money from the word go. India was where we aimed at and from that peak should not have looked over the rest of the world.

Hi gizmo wasn't Adani involved in that previous scandal to do with pricing.

If we know about this Eysasoft/Adani partnership then JC must have, so what the hell is he playing at, could have done GOA without Esyasoft.
