RE: The Partner ...........9 Mar 2026 13:00
I think JC is looking at these comments, I hope so. If this is a genuine mistake on his part I think they should all worried, however BOD recommending is a concern. Looking at ITT's 50% + 1 from outside makes me think again share issue (8 Mar 13:15).
May seem a bit oddball but times are strange, if larger holders are against and want to hold CC for the gains to come this year then I repeat:
Make to all holders a 2 for 1 issue, to be sold on at 20p, 350m@20p = £70m, offered for expediency to the 1% holders, any not taken up offer out to all holders.
As this would not be a takeover I presume loans would be safe and we would need no further assistance from anyone (including Esyasoft). CC had got the knowledge to run the show and give SLA, assurances and security, especially with own Cellular System.
Conclusion
This would secure CC in market as reliable. Esyasoft senses great profits from now on starting with Goa and will now no longer be needed. The 20p would be small change in no time, there are billions of £'s awaiting in India, if other manufacturers products are failing then CC will stand out.
On GOA values, 1m units = £100m revenue (gross) with a possible £15 per unit via CC. Possibly ultimately 20m AMISP's = £2bn (gross)
Could be fantasy by me but I bet that's what Esyasoft is after.
