Yes recon you are right, harley, the aim from the beginning was to recover these $bn losses electricity that most of country was suffering. The added bonus, they could have variable 24 hour pricing, bills would be accurate and outages would almost be a thing of the past. Even I could sell those advantages. From utility, better bill paying, less and less theft customers to investigate and being able to regulate standby power stations. In UK, I do not know if improved, we paid out £m's in mothballed standby power stations.

hi all, hopefully goa will not turn out to be a gigantic ****up, is this the meddling of esyasoft. at least we know goa got underway last year, where is the income from these installs. with esyasoft it is surprising that a bidder has the rights to dd with cc's books but the shareholders do not have the same rights, it should all be part of a takeover procedure.

goa, if only cc had been allowed to just carry on as was intended. we did very well in indore, it was efficiently done , was praised and i assumed locals benefitted from it. jc should contact indore electricity or council and ask for a recommendation. they must have had small pockets of resistance there.

goa sounds like a bull in a china shop. you dont have to get everybody on your side but 75% would be nice.

Hi borders, yes after all these years Goa was going to start profit I felt. SP steadily rising in Feb to me meant we were on the way. So why didn't JC let it continue until Esyasoft showed its hand. Logically he declared 1) to stall SP and 2) to soften us up and make us feel like poor little urchins. We should be way along the line of 15>20>30p out of sentiment alone and JC knows it. Unless there has been some almighty f*** up, but then JC would have been duty bound to inform of that in Feb RNS I believe.

Border, I think the problem is nobody who is going to buy has information to make judgment upon. No info, down, down, was this designed. On top of this Esyasoft has not made a bid so could well go below original JC price. To me SP, with Goa underway, should now be 20p - 30p considering the February rises; the Feb RNS, effectively hearsay, put pay to that as JC knew it would. Not at all happy with with JC, again his Mar RNS said a lot to me, you cant praise a company up and at the same time say goodbye to its owners. Be very careful JC.

Hi Vas, Intellismart must have installed more than the ones stated. CC installed 1m units in Bihar for them alone.

So interest is rising for Intellismart and both CC and Esyasoft must be aware of this. The more you wonder, what the hell is going on with JC.

With all this action I still see 100p going up to 500p in a couple of years. It must be the case otherwise why are Esyasoft interested. If CC could provide the Smart link for Intellismart could we be looking at a bidding war for CC. In Mar RNS JC made us feel insignificant and praised to high heaven CC future. So either he is telling lies or there is a massive amount to be made once the bulk orders get underway.

Well harley, JC said aiming for 10m units AMISP this year, on Goa reckoning that's £1bn gross contracts. We have the loans locked in, so yes more than 100p.

Dont forget, I understand, we spent more than £60m on R&D .

Hello Vas, Intellismart financial situation looks complex, definitely beyond my levels but Bridging Loans are always a worry. This could be a very good time for CC to approach Intellismart as we have money in the bank, thanks to Esyasoft, not much to spend it on apart from refundable deposits, we have already shown our flexibility to them taking on anything asked of us. As is said, if that liaison formed an end to end capability we could all be on a winner obtaining 40%+ of the market.

Morning all, unless this was all planned for by JC, which I am now doubting, who the hell would sell CC for less than 100p with all the immediate and future sentiment. If JC comes up with some exceptional masterstroke then all will be forgotten, but in this day and age it does not pay to fall out with people.

Again my view, but not LTI's, is that JC overstretched himself, never content with making a possible profit for shareholders, he ploughed it back into pleasing others in India getting us a good reputation but look where it got us. We loaned Genus our RF knowledge then amazingly they discovered their own overnight and look where their SP rose to. I think JC will acknowledge a classic case of learning to walk before you could run. To conquer the World without a penny in the bank was surely foolhardy. I hope JC will now speak to Intellismart to may be form a partnership which could do very well.

Afternoon all, so the longer this debacle goes on the more into GOA profit making we go. This would change the balance sheet I feel.

Going back to my BB of a few months ago, if we (JC that is) went into a joint venture with Intellismart by raising a 2 for 1 free issue which CC would directly sell to them for (say 20p which is now very good Ifeel) giving them 50% ownership but proviso of treating as golden shares (which they definitely are) for 2 years, no buying ,selling or increasing. Intellismart may no longer want to sell themselves as, gizmo has pointed out, they would have the full works.

Hi gizmo, so if CC without Esyasoft could control about 40% of India we would be worth billions, possibly making my £5 SP look like chicken feed.

If there is any chance of CC having poor results that may affect SP should JC already have announced situation. I recon all is going well, just slow off the mark in GOA, Esyasoft is duty bound to fulfill its part of contract on time otherwise could loose contract and sully its reputation. Hopefully there is not something unbeknown to us that has caused this hands-up BOD.

Again the thing is Harley, why did JC start the ball rolling in the first place, as we did, JC saw the SP slowly but surely rising, he must have known that his intervention would stop it in its tracks. So why did he do it, at present it does not look good. To my the only exception would be, according to Colour, that CC after winning the GOA contract could not do the boots on the ground side of operation. Possibly generally known and especially by Esyasoft and Adani.

So we have it, SP generally rising, Feb RNS stops it in its tracks, now for 3 months in decline because of drawn out Esyasoft non-bid. I feel sure we would have progressed to 20p by this without JC interference. Then what Esyasoft's possible offer have started at 15p. Still all suspicious.

LTI/gizmo, so could this possibly mean that Esyasoft have been caught out by their own craftiness..

Hi Harley, yes the only comment I read in the Mar RNS was that shareholders are doomed and what a lovely life CC was going to have after we were gone. It really irritated me that JC said all the good things that lay ahead for CC whilst pointing a gun at our head. Only a little while ago he was saying all that to us. This company now an AMISP could/will be worth billions in contracts so why the JC recommendation at 10.44p. It needs an explanation, has the BOD messed up that much that it has had to succumb to Esyasoft's ridiculous offer. Whilst undue comments should not be made whilst under Take Over Panel I would observe the comments about future opportunities were made in the Mar RNS was that allowed.

Afternoon ITT. So the panic amongst us of JC not making comments, when he should be explaining why he has made that judgement, is not necessary because he cannot comment. That simplifies things. So question remains , why the hell did the board recommend it.

So we could possibly sell CC for £37m when we have at least spent £60m on R&D, that is whacky, big question marks about construction of BOD. The whole lot agreeing unbelievable.
