Well ITT, I think you have left JC with a lot to consider. If gizmo's revelations are accurate, very likely are, then CC, as JC loudly says, has a very bright, imminent, future. I feel of possibly £1bn worth of orders. Should Omnimesh become a standard then orders will surely come thick and fast.

If as you say JC knew of impending new regs which, if gizmo is right, are in CC's favour and our prosperous future, then it would appear he did do the dirty on us. Esyasoft with Good Energy allowed staff and BOD to all stay in place.

From all that has been said by JC, CC faces a bright future. He may have another explanation but I cant think what.

Morning all, re-reading deciphered last couple of gizmo posts (lol). It would appear all has changed, aided possibly GOI new outlook on Smart, I think JC will now give it a rethink, as things are looking rosy for CC and he would not loose control. These are my wild thoughts, if GOI want CC and its Omnimesh then opportunities and large contracts could be offered in next few months. So, once again, with our new status, the 20% JC was aiming at could well increase to 40%, 100m units, at Goa's contract equivalent 1m units = £100m then that would come out at a gross of £10bn. Not silly figures and with our new costs severally reducing this is Del Boy territory.

Just looking at CC BOD, think Bjorn position needs updating. Also looking at his company Luvly, crickey that EV is an ugly bug and has no wings so will look filthy in no time.

Our BOD should have enough skills between them not to have got into this ridiculous position.

Morning LTI, if JC is playing a blinder we have yet to appreciate it but still open to confirmation. My view is that if none of this from Feb onwards had come about then SP could well be 14 going on 20p at this stage. Lets face it this was CC's year with AMISP's onwards and we were not looking for buyers. After all these years I was expecting rises to 100p this year as AMISP contracts increased and to 500p as the big contracts took hold, and now with costs about to reduce dramatically. This was JCs dream so why all the changes and stopping SP in its tracks. From gizmo's finding I feel it looks like GOI is setting the scene for CC without Esyasoft and staging a coup for Omnimesh, CC being previously showcased by GOI and you can't get better than having the Boss on your side. These new regs must have been passed rapidly as a defence, if an earlier proposal CC would surely have not been an attraction.

The thing to remember is we do not need at buyer, from the information we have, therefore it is unrealistic for JC to recommend the offer. This brings us to the question of what is in it for the BOD, is JC telling lies or covering something up. if we proceed using the loans we have the following possibilities to come in next few months, doing well in Goa, starting deliveries again on the existing contracts, getting new AMISP's.

These all worth a lot of cash.

I'll leave you lot for rest of morning. As I see it there is an upside to 9.5p. This should be secure, I feel, with or without any Esyasoft action. If no action I think we will sail on past to 20p on basis of update.

Hopefully I read update correctly but it looks pretty good to me as a layman. With FG28 being developed it looks like installation have slowed to accommodate this new setup, only HES etc being installed. That is logical and may be Utilities have demanded it. New GOI regulations take a long time to engage but this latest enforcement could well have been done quickly protect India from Esyasoft type takeovers. JC is still talking up CC's prospects, which he is bound to do if they are there, but he must explain his decision to recommend such a poultry offer after all the good comments he has made regarding CC and its future. Basically without substance it is not ethical.
