You are right gizmo, this unwanted bid, exception of JC, is way way out, so why did it even get considered. To me that represents fraudulent intent considering JC's Feb26 and Mar26 RNS. To tell us BOD recommends a ridiculous 10.44p but at the same time saying CC is worth a fortune must be criminal surely.

I suppose CC should have gone dual on India Exchange or completely over, we would have got recognised.

If we can beat this not requested, other than by JC, takeover approach I feel there is a massive market and we with connections, skills and product quality could make a fortune. There is still a chance that someone with foresight could step in. Unless JC has spent it we do not need half that cash in the bank.

Morning gizmo, this has now been dragging on thanks to JC's Feb intervention, which was totally not called for and I suspect designed to halt a sensible rise in SP following Goa start, and I feel on the instruction of Esyasoft (not without their knowledge) to create a mindset that we are a destitute little company who are eager to sell. He then goes on to tell us of all what big wonderful opportunity there is in next few months for himself, beyond a joke. If he lied about Esyasoft not knowing that is serious in an RNS. Hopefully this has not damaged our chances for all these AMISP bids.

This long gap could give a consortium time to formulate an approach if and when an offer arrives. As it is primarily India we are talking about then Genus, Intellismart, may be GOI, meter co's, Utilities, at little costs individually could forward an offer. This secures their 10 year contracts. Bottom line is of course we do not need a buyer, it is only JC who is involved in this and he never talked of an imminent takeover need. I think JC knows we are gunning for him. Whether that worries him we will see.

Hi (mad) gizmo, there I have said it. My background on Cyan/CC was my part 2 0822.

My part 1 is since AMISP qualification CC future has changed considerably and it appears CC is about to 'boldly go', hopefully not without us. JC said we were pitching for 10m units AMISP using the loans as temporary deposits, quickly returnable. After that I understand each contract is self financing, so we do not need massive loans and if we still have them in bank we can shortly return half instead of conveniently loosing them on something else.

Right gizmo before you get a pre-fix to your name, lol, lets consider how CC has evolved.

Before my time when Cyan went on AIM it probably didn't have enough money in the pot, when JC took over he kept wanting to expand and pay himself a fortune, because he thought he was worth it, however we have not made a penny in all these years and he still thinks he's worth it. He kept coming to the shareholders to buy more new issue shares and still no profit, I had 20+ million shares at that time, he then did a 200:1 reduction but still prices were falling, we were in a world were companies had £m and £bn's in bank. At that time he perhaps looking to the future, I think we had 60% PI's, then started to pull in monied men to low SP's issuing them with many millions of shares and warrants, which luckily didn't mature. He totally disregarded PI's and I think we now have 10% of total. He may be playing a waiting game but I think he is just looking after himself and crew.

Although the extension may drag this out it may also do us a favour, the Trade Update told us money was coming in from GOA, more money has since come in from GOA and other contracts. With new suite we may even be successful with AMISP bids. This all adds up to gizmo's total value.

Morning ITT and all, my reason for asking about GOA is, when CC bid was made FG28 probably did not exist therefore if being used they will have latest chip at no extra cost and CC may be have a cost reduction and increased margin.

The FG28 suite must now be in existence, so now presentable at any bidding, that must be a no brainer, GOI probably know all about it and Esyasoft, hence their uncalled for takeover non-bid. The future is Rosy.

I think we should divide our problem into:

Our money is at stake and look at CC's rosy future. Primary concern before it slips away.

and

Has our BOD let us down and should they be punished if possible.

Re -read trading up trade. Question, is the Goa contract using the advanced FG28 chip. Do we know if any others are using FG28 contracts.

If there has been any cover up of losses new contracts etc and cost reductions should deal with the short-fall. But if what has been going amounts to criminal negligence I would like to see the whole BOD exposed. Like many I have been here for 12+ years and if there is fraud etc in presentations I would want to see accountability.

ITT, have any Nationals been contacted, if there are any facts to bite on the London hacks will often take it up.

Gizmo, complex do doubt but with the changes to regs, you would have thought that JC would have declined a further extension, is he loosing it.

Looking at Good Energy, it appears that Esyasoft kept everybody in position so again only shareholders lost out. A challenge to existing BOD may be appropriate as they only appear to be looking after themselves not their shareholders.

Now that is going to be interesting. Gives GOA a chance to show its existence. Heather will have to pull her kn****** up with real accountants looking over her shoulder. If Esyasoft can hang on until Christmas Digismart should show a good return from GOA, lol.

More important though JC could 'Wish you a merry, you've all done very well but your not getting anything, so f*** off'. Sounds about right.

I think we all know how we stand with JC. He had the opportunity to do the right thing but appears to be looking after number one.

So ITT, if needed to raise 5% (about 17m shares) I think you could make it, I recon quite a few of us have 500k.

Morning all, to me a bit of an anxious moment. I don't like bullying, or connivance, admittedly all part of shareholding.

JC boldly told us there is a bright imminent future for CC without us. So we know he and Esyasoft knows what lies ahead, big money, but I suspect as gizmo hints this is not approved by GOI.

Hopefully Eysasoft, realise CC is too much of an headache and elect to work with us if they have the installation skills. CC's supervising AMISP skills as lead and on other occasions acting for Intellismart etc could attract many large orders . JC knows and says that CC is going to make a fortune.

If as gizmo believes Omnimesh could be an adopted system for India then I think there is much to go for.

Without Esyasoft interference CC SP could possibly double in a very short time with all that is on offer in India.
