Gizmo, this is a long shot but would you say if date passes without action then CC SP will carry on rising as in early Feb. If the hint was there it would be a good risk, punching through the 10.4p and onwards to 20p. Long risk that would well pay off for anybody coming in at current price.

If JC is playing a blinder on our behalf I think we will all take our hats off to him for his poker hand. However if this is a scam, the dreaded word, that I and others have sunk our money into then I think he should be very mindful of the type of world we live in.

Considering the Feb events it seems illogical that JC circulated that on 5th Jan.

Hi Colour, is not JC committed to update as he stated he would. We are all commenting on the little we know but isn't JC lawfully committed to updating shareholders on serious changes. I don't know if he said in RNS that he would update quarterly but having made the statement as CEO is he not committed to fulfilling that act.

Well ITT, if you are saying JC and BOD took these loans with no intention of using them for deposits or expansion then that is surely fraudulent and Heather as CFO would logically have committed an offence and no longer be able to practice as an accountant. However, under these circumstance, the question remains why would Esyasoft be interested in CC especially if the new regs are negative for them.

I dont think the existing socalled offer would prevent JC and Heather making their update statement in coming days. May be then a few questions like the above can be put to them.

Hello all, we are trying to interpret what is happening with exceedingly little information. Colour, if CC is doing so poorly why is Esyasoft interested at all. We are supposedly awaiting an update any time in next week or so. We are never really told what is going on with us and Intellismart, but I always feel we are a lot more involved than open supply line. Then of course Intellismart decides to sell up, I would not have thought GOI would let them. As soon as more is known about what's going on behind the scenes there may well be price rises. We have money in the bank with which JC is bidding for 10m AMISP units, if we got 3m units at say £300m gross, plus what is already in backlog, then we should achieve possibly 100p. This update by JC will be pivotal to everything that has been said over last couple of months, it cannot be seen to be wishy-washy. Last chance for BOD to correct it's errors.

Morning gizmo and all, just a thought, to give JC some credit was all this change of regs planned for. A bit extreme but did JC know of these impending changes and then when he was aware of Esyasoft's tactics' do the Feb RNS and do the Mar RNS to keep offer spun out. Now with new regs unfolding and it appears not in Esyasoft favour, could things get back on track, CC powering ahead with all that is imminent. I may, once again be getting carried away but this is the whackiest of a take over, or not, that I have ever seen. The ultimate being with our new found cheap loans we did not need to sell.

With rising January SP if all this had never happened and with early results of GOA and existing contracts I feel SP would have been way beyond 20p+, with no intention of stopping.

Gizmo, if Esyasoft does not pursue, I understand they cannot come back for 6 months, but can others during this. That is these loans do not stop others.

Hi harley, that is what I was asking before. Can a buyer do different deals with different shareholders i.e. 10.4p to one and 100p to another.

Morning harley, don't be dismissive, the majority of pi,s are long term and have been shoring up JC for a long time so at least expect their money back unless the company genuinely fails. I do not think in any way JC can blame the company after all he still says all it has going for it. In fact I don't know what excuse he can put forward that does say I left you lot in the lurch.

India has probably learned off of UK problems. Ours was a shambles and will probably never be that great. As JC once said if UK had gone RF at outset it would have gone smoothly and cost half as much. So India could still convert

Harley that is the problem behind all of this, lack of information. Is it legal for a CEO to hold vital information back from the owners, especially if it is to his own advantage.

What are your thoughts gizmo, before Feb RNS CC as AMISP was starting in Goa, had more than enough funding, bidding for many AMISPs, and a good future was forecast. The arrival of Esyasoft, trying to muscle in, changed all that, and may be caused need for amendments. So if Esyasoft decides not to proceed would CC be in the position of before Feb with SP rising. In the back of your mind, with no hint of a problem in Oct-Nov, do you think JC has taken advantage of an underthecounter offer for his own gain or is there something more serious going on which we should have been told about.

A thought gizmo, if GOI owned half CC via Intellismart, who will probably be owned by an other Indian company eventually, then GoI would have direction over CC and security which is what it wants and needs.
