colour, this award process is taking miles too long, in the case of security india in straddled between ****stan and china so they probably do need to be more careful.
as i see it we should have more information regarding sales in india against their new costs. i roughly divide sales between inhouse/framework, existing customers and new customers. it should only be the new customers we are waiting upon, existing should surely be expanding their needs, inhouse/framework should be an ongoing arrangement and as genus and intellismart get their new 1st level contracts our participation as inline suppliers in these contracts should be published. intellismart is using our frameswork to drip feed these new contracts. probably likewise with genus. this lack of information at a critical time makes me very suspicious of the fall from 17p to 7p and then the bounce.
cc is the owner of its smart comms, i don't think trilliant own theirs, so from a meter makers point of view i should imagine it is valuable to have a proven supply.
only guessing, dyor
ITT, it was probably progressed with good intentions and was moved out of semi conductors into a sector that was very new, India was the target on a numbers basis but as everybody is saying it grinds exceedingly slowly. JC has got it well rooted considering RF was a side issue to India. CC could do very well in India but it must happen in say the next 6 months.
Hold on to your many shares, do not want them on the market.

Morning ITT. All well and good saying Button It but that took us from 17p to 7p before halt.
I am very suspicious about lack of comment through all of this fall, to me it was engineered. There must be PR work to keep existing PI's a bit happy and catch the eye of any passing interests. After all we were told about module deliveries last year and the graph to go with it, then being told going Genus inhouse, where are the updates. We got some updates regarding Intellismart up to 5m pipeline. We should have been well into breakeven but we are not, we keep taking on these high powered executives in India and doubling the staff but where is the cash coming from, another selective float.
We got Connode because it went to the wall, over reached, probably a good aquisition for us. We had expenses of £375k p.m. a little while ago what are they now. We are in an era of wealthy competitors and must pay out, but so much, we seem to be taking on half of the higher archy of India and we could have built the other staff as it went along. May be I have just expected too much from CC, it product to me is excellent, possibly just India. There must be more information flow, not difficult if you bulk supply lines together, not itemise. PI's would like to know what is going on not just the priviledged few. I will give credit when due.

Trouble is Colour, they all say they are the only ones capable of this and that. Just sales.
My question, a couple of days back is how many HES systems does a Utility need, is it just one at the Control end or another one to tranmit in each meter. Head end, one or may be more, at Control end likely. That would probably be expensive but not many of them. You have the knowledge, what do you think.
Interesting times to you may be LTI. Onyl a short time ago we did not need additional money. Since consolidation we have gone from 150m to 325m without PI's being involved and changing the dinmics of shareholders position. Anybody who did not average can see their percentage dynamics. I, like at lot of us bought addtional when exceptionally low. I started off owning 1/400th of the company. It could not be the case now, everytime a float was needed it was the chosen few at last minute. Once may be. It will all work out no doubt but not for many PI's. DYOR
Evening LTI, makes you wonder if it is as innocent as you are stating it. Dumps high, buys low, nod nod. Can sell after small rise and have free run (at no cost) with warrants, up to who knows how high. For millionaires not so much risk. Others DYOR.
ITT, after all this time of piling in I think your investment is safe, bl**** hope so.
I personally feel that CC was worth all of its 17p and was engineered down to create a false bottom for this restricted float; did we really need it or was somebody being looked after again and Warrants, why. Looking at buyouts, when I first came in PI's had between 60 - 70% of company, these restricted floats have changed % considerably.
I feel that CC is well into India, especially with new multi purpose HES which is hopefully about to be paraded. If CC can do all that it appears capable of in multi platform all round performance (Cellular and RF) then to me it is surely the must have to get all of these 250m meters underway. If we hang on to company and get 100m units + HES I feel we will be well over a £1 and on the way to £5, long way out of my estimated time zone but still there. Hopefully greed at the top will not outgun us. DYOR
You are right for once Colour. couple of recent requests unanswered. Knew something was brewing. Leaving a paper trail maybe but warrants risky.
No doubt SP will up on news, thats all that counts. DYOR
Hi ITT, the BOD is close to the coal face, especially with Genus and Intellismart. So supposing say with the Framework it was being extended from 5m to 20m, then the BOD (not specific) would know, so what is their situation. Miraculously SP went 17p > 14p > 7p > 10p without any comment from BOD, was this engineered, we all knew Subs stage was going to take time.
So BOD had bonus set at 14p now a rerun with Warrants. Why wasn't this round offered out to all other shareholders then BOD could pick up any surplus. Although all will be forgotten when new contracts arrive I am not happy with current practice, 150m > 325m total so halved. If this new money is not needed by tomorrow then should have been offered out.
DYOR
Hello Ruprecht, situation is constantly changing. We came into this consolidation at 150m shares. Now we are looking at 325m. On your Genus question, by concentrating offerings constantly in one direct (management) the PI is changing percentage wise, so would we have a voice if Genus was looking towards a buyout. I think not.
They could make a good offer as future earnings would be considerable and they would have a guaranteed Smart Comms. Possibly looking at £3, if we had got further along could have £5. Only my opinion, obviously not Colour's, LOL. DYOR
