I think that as CC were worth 29p on consolidation with only 0.8 mn orders on the books, now with 14m of which possibly 8m still in backlog my price range would start at 100p. Again CC did not, I believe, asked for this offer and as JC says CC has a long and prosperous future starting now.

Well harley, it is all according to why not continued, Iran, GOI reqs, doing something with CC (tax). You are making one assumption it is CC, a poor asset. Before JC's Feb RNS we were rising, so presumably no RNS and it would have continued, which after 3 months could well have reached 20p.

If the latest BB on GOA is correct, then together with all the rest that is happening, GOA on time, 17 contracts running, AMISP's bids covered (low priced loans), then its all systems go and with more advanced CHIP and lower costs. Any other company with those results would be soring price wise.

Only my thoughts, we were seeing a rise in SP in early Feb which JC put a stop to. If Borders thoughts have any substance then if Esyasoft do not bid, and it s now dragging out, then will SP with spring forward to accommodate start of GOA and the already 17 contracts pick up the pace again following GOI new regulations. Could we see a jump from around 8p to 20p+. Under those circumstances buying now is a win win, Esyasoft at 10.44p or more, or open market bounce back at possibly 20p or more. Only my thoughts.

Well borders that is a complex observation. You say a smokescreen, with bumper results out shortly. Nice thought but, in simple terms why did JC put us through this when SP was on the rise in Feb. Do I understand that Esyasoft proposed a ridiculous offer which the BOD would go along with, knowing it would be dragged out, inferring to me SP will shoot through the roof in July. I like it but I am wondering what its all about.

Hello Harley, I think ITT is right, see what the legals know first. Gizmo's general idea that CC has risen in value could produce an higher bid. My thoughts are still that, unless JC is hiding something dramatic, which he is not allowed to do then with all that lays in front of CC (as professed by JC) we are about to come into the big time and in no way need a buyer. So come back to that strangle hold that Esyasoft has on us putting off other bidders, if and when Esyasoft makes a bid then may be these will come forward.

Agreed ITT, the only information we have received is good accountability and future prospects. Goa, 17 contracts, bid for AMISPs, all good stuff, nothing to worry about.

Morning ITT, on the other hand Esyasoft chose to be a loaner ($20M) so having done their DD at that time and offered at a very low rate were happy that CC was in good condition. Nothing has changed that I am aware and JC has said that we are going to do very well in the immanent future.

LTI, you will know situation on this one. From what we have been told CC is doing very well with a great future. As a result before Feb RNS I would have expected CC SP to now be approaching 50p, 3 months down the line. So what is JC's position, has he failed to keep CC owners up to date on critical matters affecting finances. Has he failed in 'duty of care'. Is he still failing by continuing this lack of communication. Can he and the BOD be sued if this is dereliction of duty.

LTI, we supply MonteCarlo, have any idea how many of these April installs were CC.

Question, if Esyasoft falls behind with GOA installations can CCI drop them. They must have targets.
