I agree. This SP represents great value and as mentioned previously there has been nothing from recent RNS(s) to justify the SP being as low as this. This IPO'd at 50p and the company only strengthened since! I'm looking forward to when the market catches up.

Makes for a good read. Worth bearing in mind the lower valuation of £12.5M makes the current Mcap of £8m a 64% discount. Good company, good growth, good management, expansion....

I don't see why not. A poster on here hit the nail on the head, this could be one of the quietest baggers of 2022. Nothing from the company suggest the current SP should be this low let alone below the ipo price.

This is a decent investment. Pre IPO which has been a proven to give decent returns in the past (KNB and CODE). Code is up again today (at time of writing).
But yes, until SGS is dealt with nothing seems to be able to move this.

Spread has come down a bit from earlier which should help. Got to say I feel really comfortable with this company, year on year growth and expansion makes for decent combo. The fact this was sub 30p was criminal, but happy to take advantage of it.

When we were on our way down to this shameful SP we had quite a few posters coming n here and telling us there are too many shares which i can agree with. I don't want millions of shares at fractions of a penny so the consolidation is a good thing imo.
On the other point some of our investments have had a good week but we are dependant entirely on the SGS trial it seems, so until we have news (good or bad) we will drift, as the longer we hear nothing the more the confidence in the trial lessens. We still have no more information than when the initial results came out, no data and no details of commercialisation. Feels a little like we are kicking the can down the road!

I personally bought in here between xmas and new year as my larger holding (VELA) is invested here who have an average of 54p. In VELAs recent half year report they mentioned CSFS:
''The most disappointing of these is Vela's investment in Cornerstone FS plc, shares in which were listed on AIM in April 2021 at a price of 61p which at 30 September 2021 were trading at 27p. The Board of Vela has been in discussion with Cornerstone's management and has received explanations for the delays in Cornerstone achieving the plans set out in its admission document. Vela has been encouraged by these discussions and by a research note recently issued by Hardman & Co''

This was good enough for me to take a position as if VELA are happy this will come good while being over 50% down I am happy to reap the rewards directly from what I perceive to have been the bottom.

Morning All! This is depressing, looks like we are headed for the 3s??? The more this falls the less likely we will see over 0.10 (or equivalent when we consolidate) as that would currently represent a 150% rise .
My personal view is they try and stick to pre IPO companies as that is where they are seeing profit (KNB & CODE) every other investment that was already listed they have seen the SP fall. We have enough in the bank to be able to wait for IPOs to realise some profits.
I note from the recent RNS they have questioned CSFS on their performance but don't seem to have questioned MODE?? they are now performing by far the poorest than any other investment made by JN, currently -63.35%!

Obviously the board has lost a few PIs trust here. I personally think the top slicing is a great move. As a company we need to see some realised profit. Our holding after selling still equates to more than our initial investment so thumbs up from me.

Its arguable the SGS investment has already been written off. Our MCAP (at time of writing) is £6.9M. From the recent RNS we can see we have no debt and current assets totalling £8.06M which does include the SGS trial valued at £2.35M.
We have c.£2.25M in cash which is nearly a third of our MCAP in cash!

Its not all doom and gloom guys. Our £750k investment is currently worth over £1m!

No surprises but the value of all our assets is currently higher than our Mcap....
Decent amount of cash in the bank and good to see they are asking questions about CSFS, which leads me to think is it worth us PIs having a look at investing in that too. For VELA to break even on that it needs to bag from here... Maybe we should get that bag!

I was about to say some of us have been here over 12 months... Unfortunately anyone who has been in that long is sat on a paper loss. There has been some excellent investments but also some awful investments which have offset each other. So here we are staring at either a £2.35m loss or the greatest investment to date. I will also stick around for the details of commercialisation (or not).

The 20m sells are a little disconcerting. Especially the one at 0.04! They must be taking a fairly chunky loss

Would be nice if our directors bought some shares here! Would increase confidence massively!
