I am invested in ALRT because I understand the emerging shape of future, regional, wars in Europe and the significance of, what I call, electronic warfare capabilities in that context.

The threat from Russia, more specifically Putin, presents a clear and present danger to Europe. He will not stop with Ukraine, believe me. Putin is hell bent on rebuilding the USSR.

Warfare in the (near) future will be very fast moving and will cover multiple fronts and strategic targets all at once. The military hierarchy therefore needs AI based information platforms to support rapid, reliable, decision making in the heat of rapidly changing battles. ALRT, along with Whitespace, is developing product in that specific space. The MOD and NATO need to have this capability as of yesterday. As such, they need agile, fast moving, suppliers. ALRT and Whitespace fit that bill. The big boys are simply too slow and lack agility in a fast developing arena.

I still see ALRT as a takeover target for the big boys (hopefully they won't then bog them down in bureaucracy) and it would not surprise me if they are nudged in that direction by the powers that be.

Secondly, "imminently" means "very soon". "Very soon" means "in a very short time or before long, though the exact timeframe is subjective and depends on the context".

Well, if Trump speaking of peace in Ukraine sparked a sell off of defence and defence related stocks, Putin's utterances should spark a rally.

And when Putin says that he is ready for war with Europe, what he really means is that he is willing to go to war.

You have to hand it to Putin, he certainly knows how to yank (no pun intended) Trump's tool.

Hells bells, the SP is in freefall and now Bluntey might be a Guardian reader. I can't take much more of this!!

As of yesterday, insiders held 13.27% of issued shares and institutions held 7.21%.

IMHO, the fact that there are still institutions invested after the recent falls in the SP, that is encouraging for the medium/long term outlook, which is what these folks focus on.

And there are no declared short positions to boot.
