That equates to only 5.27% of the existing issued share capital of ALRT. And they do say that the market prices in now what it expects to see happen in the future. Looked at that way, IMHO it is not the 25.5 million overhang of shares that is dragging the SP down, it is investors losing patience or simply running out of energy while we all wait for news.
