It's not me that's driving the price down.Thats thank to theo and the old crooks.What did you expect when you give away 6% of the companies shares away for nothing.if theo had come clean at the time about the exit fee the market would have reacted differently and you would have a stable share price.You now have a falling knife situation.The market I now unsure about what Theo will do next.Its all about trust which builds credibility as Neil has already stated.

It is clear as day theo knew about the exit fee of 165m

He did not mention it on April 22 when the old crooks left so that someone could sell into the rising share price.He then 2 months later informs the market of the exit fee having already tucked in buyers at higher prices.that is market manipulation.

However the other side is as one poster has mentioned.At least they can't sell their free shares...

And what would the agenda be

May be theo will give some more free shares since he has no stake .we might see .001 be a good time to buy

no mention was made of the exit fee.As for the rest of your question I have ni idea however the fca is aware of the particulars.

I have no agenda.if you look back at my posts when I called out jb as ac...everyone was up in arms.

My say on the present situation is that the shareholders should have been informed when the old board departed that they would receive 165million free shares not 2 months later when investors have been sucked in and soaked up someone selling shares at 1p.do u think they would have risen at that time if investors new 165m new shares would hot the market.out of order is what I call it.

Opto I have informed fca of this jb and crew .they will be looking into this

The company should have informed the market when the old board departed that this is what they were going to receive for leaving the company and shareholders f...kd.informing the market 2 months after departure seems a bit off.i don't think theo is upto the job and how many more shares will theo be issuing for free.he has no skin in the game so doesn't care about shareholders

160+million shares issued to the old crooks.i can't see for what but it is what it is.However I do believe this should have been made clear on their departure and the company need to provide an up to date shareholders register so we know who owns shares and how much as there seems to be and endless supply on the market

Jb needs to investigated by the fsa .every company he has listed gets suspended at some point .he has no credibility in the city and any company where he is in charge should be avoided.
