Calm down, calm down18 Dec 2025 13:20
Folks,
When he was appointed, Lord Houghton was granted warrants over around 48.6 million shares at an exercise price of 1.45p. The reasoning given was that it aligned his personal interests with those of shareholders. Today, ALRT announces that a warrant holder has exercised warrants over 45 million shares. Yesterday, there was a Board Meeting . Were warrants discussed?. Positive news is expected soon.
I may be completely wrong but, having watched a few detective series, most notably Columbo, putting together the available evidence, I think that it was Lord H who exercised those warrants.
Now if that is not aligning his interests with those of shareholders, I don't know what it.
So, as a scouser would say, calm down, calm down, calm down.
All IMHO, DYOR and to find out what films will be on TV over Christmas, check last year's TV Times.
