Here's the big question for me and I guess others; I firmly believe the rns on the 22nd will be great and currently the sp assumes something fairly poor. Should I therefore sell some other shares and buy yet more here? I had the same dilemma yesterday with Flutter, decided not to and missed out on a rise above 10% this morning.....

Thing is, 80% of UK population is white english but anecdotely I don't see that 80% of knife crime comes from that group, am I missing something? Great results again and lots of money being wasted on new cabling for the net zero debacle should pick up when the money being wasted on HS2 finishes. Pleased to be a shareholder but dismayed as a tax payer.

Omalley, i think the number of people posting on this site is continuing to decline - why? Well the markets in general have not been kind to investors and as they lose money they lose interest and aim in particular has been deadly. So many people from Directors to Advisors to BB posters are disreputable and quite happy to decieve investors and that has been allowed by a useless FCA with the consequence people have lost shed loads of cash, their pensions etc. Unfortunately that trend will continue under this government . I would not be surprised if this site closed in a year or two's time .

Aim, I think there is no chance of Starmer standing down even if the petition got 10 million votes! The only person who could push that is the King and I think[hope] he will have privately already put him on notice, whatever is said in public.

As for a replacement for Starmer - the replacement would likely get a similar vote . Just now it would be Angela Raynor and given her house sale shenanigans clearly is a capitalist at heart!

Romaron, I agree . One thing I have just done is sign the petition for Kier Starmer to stand down that has been launched on change.org. The best it can do is send a strong signal to labour that the public is hacked off.Hopefullly it will gain traction and cause significant embarrassment as the numbers grow!

As a patriot I want this company to suceed - I have no position but am dismayed that this government is happy to throw so many jobs to the wind . They are happy to let 100,00 jobs go in oil and gas so I am not holding my breath here.

I still cannot understand why people have given up challenging 'man made climate change' . I heard an american guy on Tiktok [ don't laugh] saying that the climate experts have something like 120 climate models but only 3 of them are showing warming. he also said that the 'warming' mantra was changed to 'climate change' in 2010 when it started to get cooler. Great research JD and great post. The only fly in the ointment , perhaps, could be lower cash and lower interest income on account of acquisitions but my memory was they were earnings accretive - so a net positive unless timings ar in play.

1 villian, you are right to look forward but there are people on here saying that the track record of the company is not great as they build up people's hopes on dodgy projects. I have no position here but I think the Portland project is unlikely to get off the ground. Whether you can make a profit on the shares in the meanwhile is for you to decide.
