So PB buys a chunk of shares in November after putting out his usual “lack of substance” operational update. This has been a theme for too long. Not telling us the real situation.

So at that time all was well with the BoD.

Suddenly the revolt clearly from the the main shareholders.

Selling will dominate the next period as PB will dump his shares IMHO. Not sure but he probably has to!

A much clearer update this time.

Let’s hope this team get it right. Not sure how the management structure beneath them will react?

Hi all. Thanks for the replies, especially from legsofman.

I have just read through 215 pages of the 2023 financials. Apart from page 54 which shows a debt table, the whole report seems to me designed to hide the most important feature, being debt and interest charges and their likely impact on the business.

Debt is hidden within NAV and I cannot see a simple statement showing GAV to NAV.

None of the operational highlights show the downside risks which market valuation discount clearly tries to.

F****** accountants make loads of dosh producing what!

If I want to see BT.A or any other major FTSE Company debt burden, it is easy to find.

Why is this different?

Beats me.

Regarding historic major shareholders I found the page for this. Most Companies give a latest shareholder update on their web page. Not this lot as far as I can see. Agreed I can trawl through RNS’s.

Both my house and cars were insured by Aviva on sensible prices. House went to Tesco this Jan and now both cars, when quote is £750 up from £550 which is ridiculously overpriced, has to go to Tesco £600 or elsewhere. Testing Admiral multi car next.

What a load of crap. Not market expectations which we never get. These results are hugely disappointing and that is how the Chairman should be reporting it. Not how wonderful they all are with the impending birth of their new baby.

I asked them to comment about their project failures! No reply.

I cannot seem to find what the total debt figure is, as it appears to be hidden within the numerous subsidiaries.? And year on year movements.

Also their web site does not appear to list major shareholders.

TMG business is robust enough to get out of its debt issues, the business is sound and in a different league to this opportunist outfit. He ho.
