hard to believe this share. the bod have a guaranteed income as it is unlikely aau will go bust.

what is highly unlikely is that any of us will see any benefit.

why am i holding 600k shares? because i foolishly believed that kerim would produce the goods.

the big question is “will salinbas bear fruit”. kerim has enjoyed the luxury of continually stating its wonderful locality . marketing bull**** i hope not.

You have to go back 10 years to see market prices like these. Operating profit around £6m and £15m net debt.

The group has grown hugely since then and the predicted £10m + operating profit next year is quite achievable despite the usual worry of marketing spend cuts if in recession.

No Company increases their interim dividend without a degree of confidence for the full year.

Increase in divs was a surprise. suggests they feel confident about the business model.

Surely this is significant enough for an rns! So the £26m recouped is now spent with special dividend and now this.

Peaky. What with Covid and now interest rates, you have a point about overstretching.

The new offices look really well organised with the various groups close to one another.

My holdings look rather drab having bought around 50p and higher previously.

However, I do believe all will be good in two years time.

Very nice to see more activity though still less than 1% of shares in issue and not enough to question why yesterday.

I agree with your comments and valued judgement as always. My "undesirable low price" comment is not necessarily meaning at a discount, rather that any dilution even at current prices is undesirable. We all know the hidden value here which stops me from even trying to day trade.
What might offer another buying opportunity is if an RNS said that mining had stopped for the time being due to Covid-19. Imagine a negative RNS ........... Unheard of with AAU.
Let's hope that never happens.

Two weeks they say they need to provide a letter to attend. Did my grovelling yesterday.

Just decided we should ask if it could be held at The Old Bailey as this would be much more appropriate.
Fancy having a pop up banner with bells on saying "seriously undervalued".

Every individual holding that requests to vote will be processed via CREST. One share one vote.
I see it's 75% of those that vote.
How an AGM manages to add all these votes up so quickly by adding the show of hands from attendees who may be using their vote at the AGM, seems an impossibility. I have never experienced a delay in passing resolutions.
I also wonder how this is audited!
HL said I should contact the Company to ask how the procedure will work. Well ha ha ha to that one.
