Now only £2m left plus loans to be repaid. £6m at 30.06.17, i think? Please will someone correct this statement of mine which i may have got wrong. Is this a cash drain of £4m per annum? Unless a cracking deal appears, i fail to see a recovery. IMHO A radical step for the brave directors would be to forfeit all salaries and disbursements and be paid in shares only until such time as there is a clear upward direction. Other Companies have done this sort of thing but to imagine STI doing this would quite remarkable. Good luck all those left here! Years ago this was a really interesting Company run extremely well by Bob and co. I imagine he is quite frustrated by recent events. Only my opinion and I hope that all comments above I am entitled to make.
Now i have sold my whole block of shares to take a huge loss, to move on after so many years of frustration, you should all start to see some positive action. This always happens when i sell shares. Very best of luck to all who remain here. I must have the record for poor selling technique as i can quote how my 1.5m shares in eme went up ten fold after i sold! That's life!
Funny that I can sell 700k of shares today @ 1.075p when normally I cannot get a quote for 100k shares! Could there be a buy order in? The 200k @1.07 ish is my sell - not a buy!!!

2016 dividend 0.5p + 1.0p. 20% increase for 2017 (0.6p + 1.2p) would be very nice please. Eventually The Market will wake up to the regular growth pattern, if not, expect a predatory bid! IMO.

Could these very small packets of sells be employees getting wanted cash from share schemes - I wonder.
It appears there is only you and me buying at 40p or less! At 3.75% dividend it's better than most. Results were very predictable as this management do report it how it is, so one would hope this is good for market sentiment though not apparant yet. I am happy to buy some more at 38p if anyone wants to give me them! 😄
Well one day! There is no point in this scheme if it is not achievable. Either the growth potential is there to reach this target or the value is already there and any aggressive bid would need to start at 75p. Just a thought. It would have been so easy for the BoD to set a much lower price incentive.
This update appears extremely conservative IMO. Certainly consistent with broker forecasts. So final dividend very likely to be 1.1p+ rather than my desire for 1.5p! One may assume that the BoD are not concerned with any market reactions. This business is very sound at the moment; no need to ask the market for funding so a dull share price should be just the ticket to structure a very lucrative share incentive scheme. This scheme will be complete before final results when what will matter then will be the hopefully announced pipeline of business to come. Lets hope this happens. The foundations are laid for a real step up in growth. All imo. Cannot see why someone paid 47p for 20k shares!
trade levels of 10k max here. Each small buy or sell will shift this quite quickly. Long term view is more important. IMHO

In my humble opinion, this financial problem exists because a Sales person was put in charge! The progress reported in the trading statement was bullish with total disregard for the cash constraints clearly laid down by Mr Bell. Cash resources problem was IGNORED. CASH IS KING. Does not come on trees. Could this be construed as negligence by the BoD? A question and not a statement of fact. And certainly not an allegation by me. OMVHO
Outlook The Group has made significant progress in the last twelve months and is on target to continue its growth trajectory to month on month profitability in 2015. We believe that the positive momentum gained in recent months can be maintained and substantial growth can be achieved in the next financial year. The Board is continuing to deliver its strategy and will look at further acquisition, partnership and client opportunities where we can add value. Sadly, you all had a chance to get out when Paul Bell increased his interest in the Company and shot the Brabbins sucker.
