yes.
Sorry for the delay. I Attended the AGM last Monday. A brief affair, all of 15-20 mins I’d say, as one would expect. The purpose of my visit was to meet the BoD in person, something I like to do with my significant (to me) investments. I was not disappointed with the reception as I had previously communicated by email with Peter Fitzwilliam (FD). I was greeted by Mr Fitzwilliam who made sure that anything I wanted to address, he was happy to help. In the formal meeting, the only item of note (other than the proposed resolutions) was a pi questions regarding the Remuneration Committee. It was pointed out by this pi that the RC does not refer matters to Shareholders and that this is now common practice even with AIM companies. The BoD felt that they were rewarding themselves fairly and were not taking advantage. It was noted and kept under review. With regard to current year trading, there was no comment offered (even informally) and therefore no advantage gained in that respect by attending. I was asked whether I entertained chat rooms – LSE alfista was mentioned by Peter (in a positive and friendly manner). So in a nutshell, I have nothing to offer from the AGM regarding the future of our investment, other than that they all seemed alive and well and smiling!  These are my take on the AGM and therefore I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the above. Post AGM comment on recent trading. It appears to me that a buyer wants your shares at 47.15p so that’s good news.
Hi anyone I am going to the agm - anyone here going? SB
What's your point? In answer to the comment about what they might do with their money - it's pay out dividends. :)
Seems to be typical of today's trading attitudes - cash in whatever! This is a price for very limited trading. Real value will return to reward the faithful. This is a buying opportunity in the weeks to come.
for a lower entry point. Never mind - might get a minor kick back when the results are announced, though the forward looking statements I suspect will be bullish. SB
Hi everyone Sun's shining on us today. ".... but is there something much more interesting becoming a distinct possibility? " Presumably a t/o? Our boss has a taste for deals! SB
1. On Nov 20th, the statement was that the yr end outcome would be fine. I cannot see why delayed contracts placed should have such an effect on 4 months trading to go. Project wins do not impact on results that quickly. This does not make sense. They must have known this in November! Not happy about this. 2. Have their or will their be any redundancies, if not, then recovery is surely just round the corner and not years to get back to where they were going. I am a holder because I like HYC and do think this will recover, but had I not had CGT issues this year, I would have taken more out. Alas this drop is like paying the tax up front with no cash inflow. At least Div policy looks ok. SB
Hi to all. Still here. SB
Hi all Just looked at Cello Group statement. Size of group very similar to TMMG. No of shares in issue the same. Growth pattern slightly better. Mkt cap way higher. 700 people to 800 mission. Net assets similar? I need to research a bit more. So if TMMG are really on a recovery path, we have a potential uplift to very similar market price levels - 80p? SB
Hi all holders. This update has everything that we had hoped for. A very concise and hopefully cautious statement. The results will be what they had hoped for, so in March the icing on the cake would be a positive trading statement about this year. Yes it has also been an excellent day for juggling my holdings by adding to my isa and taking profits for CG purposes so keeping my holding levels up. :) SB
Sellers of this stock (presumably at a profit) are taking advantage of this steady climb, despite the potential for significant gains medium term. If TMMG continue the significant progress they have made, it would be good to hold stock (do not trade) and stop looking at this share on a daily basis. Come back in two years and hope to have a nice surprise. A threefold increase in two years is very feasible "IF" growth continues at current rates! OMO/DYOR. I can dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Interesting that the brokers were marking this higher and higher with no trading. Has someone asked them to flush out some sellers? HYC management are aware of the gem they run, so a big offer would be needed especially as they do not want to sell. £10/share would be good value now. My comments a couple of years ago said they are are worth £6. I feel patience was always my week point as I had a bucketfull of these at circa £1.20! :)
Hi all Can anyone tell me what his horses' names are? Thanks SB ps this has nothing to do with TMMG.
This director purchase is quite amusing. A man who owns 6m shares, buys £1k worth of shares on the market for one of his sons! I deduce that this is a long term investment, so I deduce he expects TMMG to be a sound investment that will set one of his sons on the road to financial independance in his old age. :)
Even stable results here should reap rewards. Stick some growth in, then the Chairman's words "We've got a really nice business here" will ring true. Good luck all. SB
19-Nov-13 12:58:24 29.50 219,850 Sell* 29.50 30.00 64.86k Assuming this is a sell - would a broker deal at this price for an unmatched trade without the confidence of achieving a mark up on clearing this stock? Decent sized deals are rather confusing for me. Thoughts anyone? SB
100000 @ 26p sell today. Still someone dumping shares! With so much upside to come, one wonders why? Only the cash strapped would do this ....... surely! Oh well. Divi soon
"........ and will be financed through the mission^tm's cash flows and existing bank facilities". Would a business be acquiring if times were hard? I would hope not - why stretch existing cash and facilities if it was tough going. I see this as a real positive. Only my opinion - DYOR regards all. SB
