With such a large share ownership with the employees, it should be great for their morale. Nothing better than financial recognition of their efforts in the media. After all, they have significant influence on their own future.
Onwards and upwards, come on Team TMMG. 😋
Tipped 😋
Can anyone enlighten me please. Are there any current broker notes? There should be! SB
Great news. Well done team TMMG. One day we will all be very happy with the share price reflecting its true worth.
Thank you.
Just to say that my holdings came through over a weel ago. I have not tried to trade and so i do not know the impact of exchange rates etc. Trading is live between 2200 and 0700 and so it would be nice to live trade then. I cannot see the point in giving shares away at say 15/16 cents, which seems the current likely outcome. All depends how quickly and and what price the underwriters wish to offload. Need some good drilling news and a new investor to buy a block. Still even at 15c we should see a better deal than earlier STEL trades. Heres good luck to all here! OIMHO SB
Weird
The results are yr-on-yr veraciously predicted by the BoD (David Morgan would find a really interesting word instead of my mundane description), so this comes as no surprise to me. The decision to delay results until April has given "David" the chance to comment on the first quarter trading, which is far more important than the already predicted results. The progress this year and beyond will eventually give us what Twiddler is predicting. Thank you TMMG (especially the employees!). Keep up the good work. SB
40000 @6.16 is my buy!
My take on this is 20c ave price on completion, x 0.7622 / aus$ 1.80 = 8.5p. Not sure how the costs of selling NWF and conversion costs would compute! So selling at 7.25p is not what I will do, but if I was strapped for cash and only here for a quick ride then what does it matter. A profit is a profit! SB
Hi Twiddler Not easy to answer your question sensibly as my investment strategy over the years has been chaotic, erratic and quite scary at times. I break all the rules of common sense, such as keeping a range of investments to avoid any serious mishap that can occur with any business. Currently I am heavily committed here. It does not scare me because I believe in TMMG management. The RNS statements issued are honest and realistic. I do have two investments, small though they may be, that I call high risk being AMER and HUM. DYOR! In answer to your second question, I read RNS annoucements every day, looking for Companies that might appeal to me. I have to say that finding a low risk opportunity is rather difficult. Patience is a quality to have when investing (Not applicable when gambling in the minerals sector). Do you have any undervalued Companies that yiu particularly like? Kind regards. SB
Hi Twiddler All here agree with your comments. The day must come when we have a serious re-rating! I am extremely happy with the divs which are nearing 4%. Thanks for your post. SB
Dumb comments by me. Apologies to all who replied. Carelessly thought NWF shares of 270m were STEL. It's nice to be wrong "sometimes"!
So 95m nwf shares in lieu of 270m stell. So 0.35 nwf shares per 1 stell. 0.35 x 30 cents equates to 10.5 A$ divided by 1.75 = 6p value. Can someone explain how my calcs are wrong please. If nwf shares fall as a result of the issues of shares lets say to 25 cents then we have 5p as a result. Is this what the market makers have been telling us all along?
I lost a tenner tooooo! But my reward was that i dislike Chelsea quite a lot!
It is also unclear as to whether this initial price will be the final price, the document says. So lots of variables here which will take time to iron out! OIMHO
NWF need shareholder approval before anything concrete happens! OIMHO
No deal can be confirmed until NWF shareholders approve a few things. OMHO
NWF's ability to raise funds increasing the capital significantly. Is this the same Anthony Ho as Anthony Ho & Associates, who specialise in raising funds for ASX listed Companies? Easy to get mixed up as their are several other notable Anthony Ho's, including unsavoury types. STEL's financial position if this deal fails! The loan is at a very high interest rate. How does this loan plus interest get repaid? Could STEL go bust and NWF pick up the mining interests for nought? As an investor here I hope the deal is done!
95.5 m and not 94m
