Attended the Court Meeting and GM and agree withSuperdad.
R U going to the meetings next week?
Sorry guys on here for this, but the AMER chat has gone to pot.
Good luck to you all on here. You deserve tomreap rewards for sticking with AIM.
Thanks
SB
Two weeks they say they need to provide a letter to attend. Did my grovelling yesterday.
Just decided we should ask if it could be held at The Old Bailey as this would be much more appropriate.
Fancy having a pop up banner with bells on saying "seriously undervalued".
Every individual holding that requests to vote will be processed via CREST. One share one vote.
I see it's 75% of those that vote.
How an AGM manages to add all these votes up so quickly by adding the show of hands from attendees who may be using their vote at the AGM, seems an impossibility. I have never experienced a delay in passing resolutions.
I also wonder how this is audited!
HL said I should contact the Company to ask how the procedure will work. Well ha ha ha to that one.
Still 3.7% over 6 months. Keeps the wife happy and gives me more voting power. I have, like many others i hope, have sent my email to AMER asking them how they consider this offer acceptable after the earlier offer was rejected for being seriuosly undervalued. It deserves an answer even if its bull****.
Over 4 months
Forgot to say. Irony is that i will be voting against this deal.
Just bought 80k at 18.88p incl fees and reckon 4 months will see this out with £280 profit.
Safe investment in my wife's isa, which i promised could make more than her banks 1%.
At the moment I cannot feel comfortable about the stock market.
So the earlier bid of 17p seriously undervalues the company. Well 19.2 sorted that one.
pickedpeck. I get quite hungry after a couple of beers. Can you throw in the meal as well please.
Location? I might need transport costs!
Though cash pile is dented by excessive travel expenses!
Still not sure what cash is actually paid to ONGC for 30%. Does it include all direct admin overheads incuured by ONGC?
If Aramco go ahead with this flotation, I would have thought OPEC will attempt to maintain oil price stability to get this deal completed.
Thoughts anyone?
Also if you really think ENQ will survive for the forseeable future, then a great return is to be got with ENQ1 bonds expiring Apr 2022.
Thoughts anyone?
Thanks 50cc
Yes i agree that net debt is the issue, but if someone buys AMER at $500m they have added debt of $450m to their books for 6000bpd + 22m P2 plus enexplored acreage and CP05 upside. GTE Have 150m P2 and 36000bpd with unexplored acreage as well.
If Colombian acreage is in demand, then GTE has as much, if not more, upside potential than AMER.
Comments please.
Hi all.
Anyone here holding GTE stock?
Any useful comments would be appreciated ............ JTD?
Thanks

A big thank you to James Clifton and the team of talented employees who are making this Group something they can always be proud of in their mature years.
It must be really exciting for them all.
Well done again and again.
We love it!

Having read the rns again, it is explained that a more conservative approach has been taken on the life of the field. This is utter professional assessor b....... as there should be only one way to value reserves. This type of value judgement stinks. They are paid to assess with all things considered. What a waste of money having reports of this nature. F...... B....... ! IMHO
Just like bleeding accountants. Paid fees for ****.
Maybe the Indians are sulking cos GC forgot to give them tickets for the Cricket world cup (ref. GC comment at AGM).
Then they lost so they've gone into depression.
