Been on this tracker for nearly two years. Despite some days when rates were higher than cap, it still paid to be on it. All daily rates that are published every morning on the web site.

Electric 22.52p/kwh UNIT RATE 48.79p/day STANDING CHARGE (All rates inc. VAT)

Gas 4.28p/kwh UNIT RATE 29.38p/day STANDING CHARGE (All rates inc. VAT)

I assume this is because wind energy has been very productive.

They gave away Turkey assets to waste the cash pile on other exploits that have borne no rewards for shareholders. Crazy directors earning high salaries, fees and expenses.

Now have both HMRC forms signed and details of my taxed dividends from A J Bell. Can someone please provide me with the correct email address for the Irish Tax Authorities, or how to handle the next stage.

Though I am of the same opinion that UKW is a well run company, doing what it set out to do.

I do think that by constantly repeating yourself that you are displaying the characteristics of an out an out Ramper. Thus your credibility suffers.

Why not post here when there is something new and useful for us other enthusiasts to enjoy.

Though I think I’m happy to be invested here, the level of debt and current interest rates have a significant impact. It will be nice to see bank rate cuts in 2026.

I note from the accounts, the basis of fees and think what a lovely earner it is for these guys. Circa £30m per annum. That’s the entrepreneurial environment we live in.

Eventually or nit at all. Kerim’s comment over ten years ago that his ambition was to grow this Company into a 500m value £/$ business by now was utter B.

Turkey assets have become a cash cow for paying Directors salaries for them until retirement.

The worst thing is that Kerim and his Chairman are still quite young. That is a surprise to me when I look at the C’s picture.

So we wait another ten years to see if they exit with a gold in their pockets.

I know one thing. It is unlikely that I will see the fruits of my painful investment.

In 3 years this stock has gone from 160p to 100p.

Can someone list the negatives here, apart from wing variations which will always be with us. Even in poor periods, we generate an income.

Is there an issue that huge maintenance costs are looming for the wind farm industry.

As mentioned by others, even in recession the demand for electricity will continues to increase.

I am very tempted to over indulge here!

Have we all forgotten that £50b bid that was rejected. Not clever BoD. Someone’s head should have rolled after that.

This should not be an issue if the shares are wholly owned by JSE. It is almost certainly a new subsidiary. For what purpose, who knows.

This deserves rapid market updates from BoD in line with their new policy of keeping us regularly updated.

Anyone here got any idea what the potential income per day is for EME is as a result of this agreement?

My calculations say “NOT A LOT”!

I have submitted my Certificate of Residence online request within my HMRC self assessment platform.

If successful, stage 2 is to get HMRC to approve the DWT residency section.

If successful, stage 3 is to get is to get II and AJB to provide a statement of dividend and tax deducted.

If successful, stage 4 is to submit three documents to Irish Tax authorities.

Any comments welcome.

Kerim. Which are your worst investment decisions over the last ten years, in order of financial magnitude. I have been a long standing private shareholder, like many others, who feel our investment has been an utter disaster. Both you and the that Chairman of yours have enjoyed the fruits of the Turkey sale of assets and we as shareholders sit with a share price way below our initial investment. You had visions of making this Company a £500m valued Company. You have failed! Why not resign?
