Duke - STX hasn't got a sales team. It is currently in the process of setting this up and should be selling by end of Q2 (so June 2021) . Wait for the RNS to confirm this and hopefully this should get the SP moving

Good questions.

1. they did a £7.5m placing in Oct and said they would use up to 10% to invest in Bitcoin. The timing was good as since then BTC has exploded from c$10k to $60k. If they invested the full £750k it could be worth over £3m now

2. we don't know - volume of users or transaction volumes has never been formally announced. We know it is growing rapidly from a low base, we just don't know how small that base is.

Surprised with the noise over the pond with Coinbase this hasn't had more interest to be honest - however, look at Argo was c5p for ages and then shot to £3 in a matter of weeks.

the odd positive tweet from GB aside, i think we are just waiting for a big order to show that things are improving.

The company is definitely in a much better position now, has a clearer strategy and since the fundraise the money to implement it.

there is definitely loads of copper in Cyprus we just need to find it.

totally agree Awen, on the day when LFT have shown that they are quite good at identifying positive cases (82% when checked with a PCR) and govt has re-affirmed that they will play a crucial role in unlocking the economy e.g. workplaces, conferences, schools, nightclubs, sports events, festivals, etc we just need to sit on our hands for a little longer.

The prospectus is now on the company's website.
Meeting on 29/4 and new shares issued on 30/4.

Results for 31/12 showed cash at YE down to £160k. IDP then took the director loan of £500k from Wardy in January.

According to prospectus cash at 28/2 is £364k. so in the first 2 months of the year IDP has burned through another £300k.
This suggests that trading in the early part of H2 hasn't improved

just checked the interim results for 31/12/20 and at that time there were 140m warrants left at 1p (so £1.4m to GFIN).

80m of these were exercised a month or so ago so that leaves 60m. Deadline is October 2021.

Once these are out of the way it should be blue skies for the SP.

just re-checked the last presentation and it said there should be slimbiome new contract news in Q2 and of course a H&B update would be nice

Hi Tony, the CEO is on twitter updating on progress again and all going to plan which is encouraging.

He reconfirms the June quarter for first revenues. This is slightly confusing as the Q2 is April to June so essentially he is saying the rev will come in June.

Also rechecked a few presentations on SO4 website.

The 245kt pa amount is a 63% EBITDA margin at $550 per tonne so c£60m. Based on a conservative valuation that should see a £300m valuation - over 50% upside.

Most recent presentation does show that this amount will not be reached until June 2022 though - 2 amounts in 2021 (June and Dec) appear to be c100kt each based on the graph . So June should produce $50m rev and same in Dec (revenue not profit).

SP price action has been fantastic last 6 months or so , however, you can't really compare SP with previous years.

There were c25m shares in issue in 2019 - now 89m.

When this was previously £1 it was valued at c£25m, today at 40p its valuation is £35m.

Agree with long term £1.50 target though if expansion continues and no further lockdowns

as per RNS its NAV is .44p a share so any deal in excess of this is a premium i.e .5p a share.

Current valuation is twice this despite the recent sell off.

Seems very risky IMHO even at these levels

Good timing - about time this ticked up. RSI was under 30 last week so in oversold territory.

Good to see the CEO on ********** last week - hopefully the start of more PR and updates tot he market.

The house market seems to be very healthy at the moment so hopefully a Q1 update in early May (for Feb to April) should be positive.
