...any day now. Oh, I think someone already said that...back in May. Only now, supposedly according to a source at NICE it really is any day now. Can we believe anything they say or are they too a little hit and miss on what which truths they choose to share with the world?

Anyway, it's only been delayed 4 months and the absolute norm with all previous such reports etc has been 6 months so I'm not holding my breath. Maybe it will be more like November and then it's only another 6 months until the expected national roll out of CYP2C19. Or os it Mt-RNR1? It's been so long I've now completely forgotten what it is anyone is expecting here, other than a total wipe out for ordinary pis.

Rollo5 - if you had a load of warrants and were expecting good things before Christmas, would you exercise them now whilst the sp is at 14p? No didn't think so. Once the first deal-RNS lands then I expect it will be a total bun fight to get them in and sold. That's why I'm hoping for a total buyout so that there are no more games from mms or major share holders. Just announce a sale price and ask share holders to approve it and wait until the deal is done then the money will just be in your holdings account with which ever platform you're on. No messing about trying to sell when it's falling etc. Come on Tim, you can nail this.

I can hold for another 14 weeks for what will be for me life changing. The longer it takes and the more dips there are the more often I will top up and the better it will be come December 31st.

There is just no way this guy or anyone would say these things repeatedly in interviews without already being certain something is already on the table. It would be the end of Tim's business career and also IMM if it turned out to be all false news. Even if there was only one deal it will still be at a significant premium to the prevailing share price. That might be 30p, 40p or whatever, I don't know, but it will be much more than 14p.

Go Tim, bring home some 'chunky' bacon. I am hoping for a complete buyout. £1bn? £2bn? Hope everyone invested in this gets what they wish for out of it.

NOTHING has happened since February. At this rate it’s going to be a year since they got planning permission to go ahead and build the plant. A year!!! Get on with it.

News – Weardale Lithium

Weardale Lithium secured planning approval in February 2025 to build the UK's largest lithium extraction facility at the former cement works site in Eastgate, County Durham. The facility aims to extract commercially viable lithium from local brine, produce 10,000 tonnes of battery-grade lithium carbonate annually by 2027, create hundreds of jobs, and contribute to the UK's EV battery supply chain. The critical minerals policy doesn’t seem to show any signs of believing the funding of uk lithium producers is ‘critical’. Asleep at the wheel was one expression used about 3 or 4 years ago to describe the UK governments actions on this matter and it looks as if they still haven’t worn up to the urgency or potential short term benefits of dishing out Grants to accelerate progress. Lithium producer up north means investment from Fortune car producers far more likely to choose there for as a manufacturing site. Ffs get a move on Starmer, we’re just incapable of making quick progress in anything!

I don’t think ii investors have even started here yet. When we hit £100m mcap some will start sniffing around and then mms games will just start all over again aka mates rates deals galore. These last few days have just been mms manipulating ordinary pis so they can be prepared for the main event.

I know some say a complete buy out is unlikely but surely that would be the simplest way forward for any of the big pharmas rather than all taking little bits of the pie ie smaller license deals in particular areas? Bwtfdik

No one knows Hamilton, other than it will be before mid October or when the Directors told the market the company will run out of money - the one bit of information they DiD choose to put out there.

It’s like walking a tightrope. If, as the Directors recently claimed, my theory of deliberate share holder value destruction is ‘unfounded’ then I imagine they will wait until the very last moment or there is news from the NHS/NICE on the publication of the Implementation Guide. If it’s positive they’ll wait for the sp to rise and the mms will allow forward selling of whoever it is providing the money for a placing. If Peel Hunt are involved then I would guess the sp would be allowed to rise quite a bit eg 2p and they do a raise at 1.5p or 1p which would give the company much more bang for its buck from issuing another 1 00m shares.

My bet is the next RNS with news from NHS/NICE will actually be announcing a delay until early 2026 or end of this year for publication. If that happens all hell will break loose as the Directors would be forced to raise at the lowest possible price. Maybe in that instance Emerald might be proved right and an offer will be made to take GDR out.

This was an utter sh.t show from mms and AIM today and why many simply refuse to touch anything on this market. £2.3m traded - about evens btwn buys and sells - and totally manipulated by mms to look like a huge sell off, when it was anything but. Unless…mms are allowed to play by certain rules that mask the true direction of travel with trades. It’s a cess pit and the LSE can only be dented by the shameless shenanigans that are allowed to play out continually and persistently to the detriment of ordinary pis. Risks are high enough without this legalised fraud that is witnessed on a daily basis.

They can either wait for the next news from NHS/NICE - due any day now (since May) - and risk it being negative and the sp tumbling a whole lot further and the only being able to raise a small amount of cash at say .15p or go for a raise now whilst the sp appears stable at .55 and try a raise at say .35p? Yeah I think you and I probably agree that the sooner they raise the safer it is for the company. RNS announcing a raise at .4p max coming this week. It’s too risky to wait for confirmation that no extra revenue will be generated from the NHS until April 2026. It’s a car crash and Gino and Russ know it.
