Agreed, you must be aware of the posters who regularly post brokers figures too- but they add a couple of pence all the time eg JungleVIP and Growmorecash. If you see one of those posts it’s to lure you into making ac snap decision. Both those posters are in my filter bin for that very reason. Otm has recently joined them and a couple of other idiots.

More than alright thanks Franky. Took my last £2.5k out of here for 3.6p or there abouts and bought IMM last week when it was at 10.55. The other two lots I sold at 3.8ish and bought ALRT at 1.25p. Up rather a lot more than if I’d left it all here. I know this will do well shortly on results so enjoy it when it comes. Should it drop back at 3.6p I’ll have another go at a trade but I think this is now probably heading out of the station any day now.

I think I see why you’re mistaken Amers. I didn’t say I bought at .35p, just that when the Bid was .35 that’s what my holding was valued at. Not much but if there is a miraculous resurrection here I know exactly what I could walk away with if the sp suddenly awoke from the dead.

Utter blx Gloria and you know it. If they submit FDA application in Jan the approval can be gained as quickly as end of April. £500k per month cash burn, although I think it’s been shown it’s currently more like £400k, and slowly increasing revenue, means GDR would only need to raise £3.5m max to get us to end of April. There should also be news of UK roll out of cyp2c19 very soon. That will probably be in April 2026. Company expected to be eBITDA positive in H1 2026.

That’s my take on it anyway. Could all be academic come 3:30pm this afternoon.

I think the opposite the market will look on approvals as a disaster. Yea the company would survive but it’s a green light for further destruction of the share price. The Directors remember are still not buying any more shares for themselves. If it’s all rosy and things are looking up, then why wouldn’t they? Hmmm

Trying to look on the bright side - if there is one - Mr Nug could meet up with the Directors before the meeting this morning to discuss his proposal for alternative funding options and decide they don’t need to act on the Resolutions even if approved? That would make the share price rocket back to 1.5p.

If Mr Nug was given the 400m shares in return for £3m at a price of 1.5p then no need for share reorganisation and company secured for at least another 6,7 or even 8 months with increasing revenue and hopefully cyp2c19 fully commissioned for April 2026 and FDA approval at similar time. Mr Nugent would do extremely well as I imagine the shares price would be closer to 15p by then! And he would own nearly 50% of the company. Mr Nug for new Chairman anyone?

Never heard of an equity raise taking so long. As I said, fluff and jam aplenty in that last RNS. Not a shred of concrete evidence to back up the statements. MAC appears to be a wannabe Company but is run by an amateur who is not interested in ordinary share holder interests. Think it’s a classic case of ‘lifestyle’ company, although this one is doing so badly that said ‘lifestyle’ really can’t add up to much. How could Gino possibly lose his job? It’s certainly not one of the Resolutions I read for this EGM. Wishful thinking I’m afraid.

Budd and Russ had low votes in favour of keeping them on and the states in the lower half of this paragraph was used on both occasions.

As far as I recall not a single effort was made via email, telephone call or any communication to ‘engage’ with share holders over these matters. They behave with no regard for the wishes of ordinary share holders and this is why I’m convinced they have happily and willingly gone along with Gilham’s plan to bring the company to the point of bankruptcy so they can take it private and enjoy the fruits of the products we have help pay to develop. All in my opening of course. They need to be brought to account on Monday but I think too many have voted to support the Resolutions and ultimately jacks the Directors to shaft us all.

If you voted yes then you’ve given them carte blanche to rinse and dilute you again. A rejection of the resolutions would have forced them to come up with an alternative solution, or risk going bust. I think they already know it’s a yes for the Resolutions or else they would have been in contact sharpish with MrNugent regarding his offer of alternative financing. They can dilute you massively and still take it private but use your money to just get the company far enough until they want to submit the FDA application.

Why would they not want to speak to someone who could help with alternative funding and avoid the share reorganisation??? Think about it. Anyway, it’s too late and I think they’ve got the approval they need to carry out their plan.
