Ordinary shares holders held in contempt and derision by Directors13 Sep 2025 17:58
Budd and Russ had low votes in favour of keeping them on and the states in the lower half of this paragraph was used on both occasions.
‘ Although all the resolutions were passed, the Board of genedrive notes that more than 20% of votes were cast against the reappointment of one of the directors. While the Board believes that this director brings considerable experience and expertise to the Board, it intends to engage with shareholders to better understand their concerns on the resolution in question.’
As far as I recall not a single effort was made via email, telephone call or any communication to ‘engage’ with share holders over these matters. They behave with no regard for the wishes of ordinary share holders and this is why I’m convinced they have happily and willingly gone along with Gilham’s plan to bring the company to the point of bankruptcy so they can take it private and enjoy the fruits of the products we have help pay to develop. All in my opening of course. They need to be brought to account on Monday but I think too many have voted to support the Resolutions and ultimately jacks the Directors to shaft us all.
