Looks to me as if Tim has been told he needs to focus more on IMM . There was no need for him as Chairman to step down from INC at what really could be a pivotal time - and I mean that in a good way. Maybe he knows he will make far more money by concentrating on achieving a good deal with IMM than staying at INC? Dunno. He was desperately unpopular at INC and maybe it was the new CEO who delivered the deal and Directors saw an opportunity to rid themselves of some deadwood

Agree FRDM. HAd it not been for day traders desperately working to get themselves on a free ride and jumping in and out all day long I think this would have sailed far higher looking at the trading figures. It's certaibly caught me by surprise and I've been here for a long time but the Directors have given absolutely zero away in what they've been working on. Even the title of the RNS suggests they were trying to keep it under the radar a little. Anyway, no chance of that any more - if you're top of the risers board for an entire day people tend to take notice! If day traders can stay their hands for a few hours tomorrow then how high could this go even just by lunchtime?!

I've been scrambling about trying to do some homework on it but tbh it's all a bit of a mystery to me. Did notice though thsat BLUbird was valued at £10m just two weeks ago! That's one heck of a result for MAC to have that in the stable.

If it does end up with an out of court settlement it will be a case of Adani effectively buying MPL out I suspect. They aren’t going to let the asset go imv and will happily take their chances in the Court hearing unless they get wind of the CoC ruling being overturned. Only two more business days left so I’m convinced Adani will be given the green light and MPL told to sling their ‘ook! Sp will then plummet and they’ll still have to pay all their Directors their nice monthly pay cheques. I wonder what might happen to the sp in that scenario..? Told you it’s coming.

?? Quite a few delayed sells from just the last two hours that were pretty chunky. That's why the Bid kept being moved down every time it looked as if it was about to break free. Day traders galore probably in and out all day judging by the huge sum bought and also sold today.

Hopefully tomorrow will see this continue its rise from the ashes.

It's the duty of NCLT to check all Resolution Plans for compliance and not so it can overturn a decision from the CoC, whose 'commerical wisdom' is very strongly protected. The Hearing on June 8th os most likely to confirm the doubts the CoC had over MPL's ability to a) pay off all their debts and b) the ability to run the asset professionally and to its capacity. It will therefore most likely simply rubber stamp the Resolution Plan approved from the Adani Group.

Are there really still people here who think it's likely the NCLT will overturn the CoC's decision to reject MPL's Resolution Plan?

Oh yes P2R they are all in it for a quick buck. That's how all those HNWIs make it big, quick in and out trades.

They will be looking for 50x 100x or even more from this in the next year or two.

I publicly apologise to the Directors. They have been busy! Frustratingly quiet, but clearly very busy. This now my best performing stock for the last 3 months, and achieved in just one morning. This is a new direction for MAC and if they seriously have the nous to get themselves established in this sector then it will be one heck of a journey from where they've been the last few years.

And again, she's off! Where the hell could this end up today?

At the risk of sounding like a principal member of the pump and dump crew....there seems to be incredible demand for shares, and it's not slowing down. It takes a breather every 20minutes or so and then just goes again. Bloody marvellous. And still no sign of the herd...

What is there to post about? They will delist in days and that's the end of it for holders here. It's been an appalling play by a sharp US outfit to list on AIM and taker UK retail investors for every penny they could over a number of years until they reached the point where success is within touching distance. Company value deliberately driven to all time lows and then delist and take it private. We've paid (literally) for the privilege of providing their salaries.

You have to admit it's been brilliant for Marla. 60p share price down to .12p at point of suspension in just 5 years, and all just as they are approacing the point where J & J, AZ or even Pfizer or Sanofi are about to commit to revenue generating contracts. Bstds

massive dilution you mean. only one director involved so that’s strongly indicative that there will be a lot more to come. another director requiring another salary from income this company just doesn’t generate. none of these directors will work for nothing so this is just the first round of several where long-term holders will be diluted further and further. just typical of aim ****e.

I do worry that Weardale’s costs are rising fast, another two NEDs brought on board recently and they won’t bear their associations out of the goodness of their hearts - conversely they will have had to promise something of worth they can bring to the table so let’s see how things develop.

Well, whatever is going on it’s a relief to see the share price slowly creeping up. Long may it continue

You have to hand it to the pump and dump crew, they did really well with this one today. I honestly thought the last-minute trading would all be done by now but with £150,000 of buying and nearly £120,000 of selling that tells you what’s going on today. It is not all one way traffic as Sam would love to have you believe. It’s a classic pump and dump and they have done brilliantly with this stock for the last month. It will all come to a crashing Hunt soon though.
