They really seems to be a major seller here. Why? The US continues to see the value and potential in the listing over there so why is it so bad here in the UK on the London stock exchange? Is there a plan somebody has discovered to do list in the UK and someone is shifting they’re houlding to the New York listing?

I can’t categorically answer some of yr questions because we just don’t really know what’s going on behind then scenes. One opinion is as valid as the next, no matter how contrary.

One thing I can point out is that as lenders owed cash by TRLS if the company goes into administration they will be head of the queue in any company fire sale.

It could go in any number of directions but I’m cynical. Look at what happened with GDR which was a 2 or 3 yr plan to devalue the company, cause as much dilution as possible and take it private at the death. The Directors so nearly got away with it but a share holder revolt led by one or two major share holder individuals forced the company to change course and it was saved at the last. Similar to TRLS in that the products/platform has some major stake holders and there is no question it has potential, or why would anyone bother signing agreements with TRLS.

My view is indeed cynical but I’ll continue to hope for a positive outcome. All the best with yr investment here.

Essentially I’m saying it’s a pre planned fire sale.

In a typical fire sale the company value will be set at 0 pounds and the purchase price will simply cover any outstanding debts. Therefore Marla and Laurie will have their money paid back to them but the rest of the shareholders will see nothing. This seems to be what they have planned from a long way off. The only question is who is going to be the new owner and who was their partner in crime. Really nasty stuff. I hope no one has very much money invested in this other than James Blackstone, who I’d like to think has put the kitchen sink in at the very last minute! LOL

Marla has delivered a reduction of share price value of 99.85% in 5 yrs. let that sink in. If Mt Sinai were inclined to help then why wait until all this real damage was done? Having read a little more on situations like this I’m now fairly convinced we will end up with nothing and that someone has been long lined up to get their greedy paws on TRlS for almost nothing and….that Mt Sinai most likely know all about it. They might be a non profit organisation but there will be plenty of individuals from within who ARE interested in making profits for themselves via other vehicles.

The best possible outcome imv is that a party from the outside comes in and makes an offer. Probably a fairly low ball offer but there are players like JnJ, Pfz and AZ with agreements in place and for whom a relatively insignificant sum of money will preserve and further their interests in the platform Trellus is developing.

Will those major pharmas stand by and watch a competitor take it for peanuts or could some small bidding competition (can’t really call it a bidding WAR at such lowly figures) ensue? It will only take one low offer to get the ball rolling.

If they were prepared to do that they would have already done it rather than sitting by and watching the company get trashed by the death spiral finance deal with Alumni these past few months.

FCA should really investigate if Marla, Laurie or Kevin Murphy or any of the senior management have any connections with Alumni. This really does feel like a stitch up and if any kind of links between the two organisations could be proved it would - or should - be serious for them.

I’m hoping for a low ball bid for say £3m. Would obviously prefer more but this is so distressed now share holders will be lucky to walk away with anything.

Lithium carbonate now $194k per ton. More than double the price when Weardale gained local permissions to go ahead with the development Plant.

Market predictions are for Lithium Carbonate to double in price again in 2026! Surely that makes the Weardale project an attractive investment opportunity and good news for Marechale’s 8.5% stake! One day. One day I’m going to be glad I held on here.

If your research is of any quality then you should know that either the CEO is well out of her depth and has overseen a 99+% fall in the share price over the past 5 yrs, or she’s executing a well planned ‘commercial strategy’ that has led to the deliberate destruction of share holder value in order for someone to pick TRLS up on the cheap. Without being given any clue as to what she’s up to I think anyone would be mad to put more money behind this CEO.

Best share holders can hope for now is a little tussle over an acquisition. Fire sale is possible but share holders will have to vote on it and if it’s too low then many may just vote against, given their investments have been made almost worthless. The dream scenario is someone makes a lowball offer which triggers one of the bigger players getting involved. That could end up with something a bit more meaningful. Marla may be hoping the Company can be bought for peanuts and that she will then be granted a huge chunk of the new company but she would also benefit hugely on a personal level if two parties ending up nudging a takeover price to decent levels. £5m would be so cheap for JnJ or Pfz but it’s anyone’s guess as to what will transpire. Mount Sinai will want to see a good outcome for sure rather than this ending up going into administration so I’m quietly hopeful of a positive outcome for shareholders holders.

Between stakeholders and shareholders. Wonder if this small difference is notable in terms of their plans.

Could Marla and Laurie have been given a nudge and a wink by an interested party to get the stock suspended before they show their hand? They have extended their cash run for another few weeks so why suspend now? To save the sp falling even further?

With several parties now linked to TRlS with various agreements in place a fire sale is surely less likely? Could be a saving Grace here. No one will want a competitor to walk away with TRLS tucked under their arm for a pittance. Fascinating. Perhaps my wife has outwitted me (again) by staying put. Time will tell. We’ll know very soon.

Not sure Sandy, it’s peanuts for a major and why not keep Marla and her team on and allow them to do whatever they need to implement contracts going forwards. Interesting that there is already visible interest from 3 of the majors. My money is on J & J with an offer that ends up being about £20m once they’ve fought off the likes of Pfz and AZ.

Oh I asked chat got just now and it stated CLNs can still be converted with issues of equity even if a stock is suspended. Either way, they’ve bothered to extend the cash runway to mid June without another CLN . Why? Gives them about 5 weeks to get the ball rolling on a sale. I’m interested because my wife still has £800 worth trapped in here. I sold out with a loss but hopefully she will get her money back. Frankly any result that gave shares holders something back now would be welcome. Who will buy TRLS though? J & J? Pfizer? AZ? Alumni Capital? Mount Sinai is a non profit organisation I believe (?) So I think that discounts them. The clock is ticking and people will soon know if anyone was truly interested in what TRLS have. Can’t see why anyone would have signed contracts with them if they’d thought it was going bust or into administration.

Agreed sandyman. Holders may yet see something but whatever the end result it’s been a rough ride for those who believed in Marla.

There is some hope.

Oh dear, I may have spoken too soon…my broker said TRLS can still, even whilst trading is suspended, issue equity to Alumni for CLNs. If there is one then a Tr1 might well land soon and that is the reason for Marla requesting voluntary suspension. What a horrible play this has been. Good example of why AIM should be more tightly controlled. It’s been a rinse and repeat operation from the day it listed.

Well executed plan by Marla and probably Mount Sinai.

Now the sp has been destroyed and manoeuvred to the lowest possible levels before being forced into admin, the most likely outcome is a lowball offer will be made and presented to share holders - who will need to vote on it - saying something along the lines of ‘accept or risk going into administration. At least those trapped holding shares might get something back, maybe even a little profit from where things currently sit. From there it’s not beyond the bounds of possibility more than one major pharma will bid but I think the new owner has already been chosen.

Or will Marla really shaft UK retail investors and let it go into administration and wipe them out completely? Tough day for TRLS share holders.

Ah well. Obviously not as bad as delisting or going into administration but I think you’re clutching at straws Latino. I hope I’m wrong and that you are on the money!

So, final CLN tomorrow with shares issued at the lowest possible price of 0.06p? All sold within a few days during which suddenly and inexplicably there will be lots of volume. Then what? Marla will pull the plug? Mount Sinai make a move? They are involved in some way with what’s going on and the deliberate and confident share value destruction. They would not sit idly by and watch this go to the wall. Is it them who have been buying all the shares from Alumni. Big Q is: if they plan to take it on (private), then at what price will they make an offer? 0.5p 1p or is that too fanciful? Or just let it go bust? So interesting to watch what happens here.

JB I get the idea you're just a bit of a thicko trader. My life's savings would never find themselves anywhere near an AIM stock. I end up spending more time on my 'casino bets' on AIM simply owing to the extraordinary games played by small cap Company Directors and the few iis that get involved when they see easy opportunities to make money. I've had some fantastic results on AIM and some shockers. You on the other hand are a complete hypocrite as you were regularly dissing this stock when it was much higher but not invested and then did an about turn when you decided to 'build a stake' (£100?) once it had seemingly reached a bottom. Only now you're already well in the red with no signs of ever retrieving you dinner money. I don't want more people to waste their money and time on such a sham as this. As I said earlier however, I'll make an exception for you. You go for it and put the kitchen sink in.

By my reckoning we need to see one more delayed trade for about 10m shares and then the next CLN will hit. After that it's lights out imho.
