MPL's market cap is currently £4.8m. The Adani Group is valued at around $200bn. The first legal hearing in June 8th is to determine if the CoC have behaved inappropriately. After that the Adani Group's Resolution Plan which was approved, will have to be turned over and then MPL would have to step up with their so called backers, who, funnily enough, when MPL really needed the funds to pay off all the debt, were nowhere to be seen. This is a simply play to try and eek out a small settlement fee and imho it will be unsuccessful.

Has anyone managed to get to the bottom of the Avion conundrum yet? They hold the P140 US rights and yet they don't appear to be moving in any way at all on it. Jay Mehta is the CEo and his own holding here is worth less than £3k. I just can't think why. Even the Director with the largest holding - Jeremy Allen - only has less than £50k worth. Well it's obvious to those willing to open their eyes adn actually see what's in front of them. This current ramping crew are deliberatley in and out trying to get themselevs on a free ride I suspect so if it does go t.ts up the loss won't harm their interests. But the constant ramping is designed to very deliberatly ensnare other more gullible retail investors. After two days of endless ramps but 9 consecutive days of this going down and down they are STILL at it.

The CoC consists of numerous entities including a consortium of banks. Why MPL wouldn't pay the debt they owed is anyone's guess but they left it and left it until the CoC determined either they couldn't or that the numerous creditors would be best served by engaging with the Adani Group, who let's face it are like Goliath compared to MPL.

The real question now is why are MPL wasting any further time on this? It's a lost cause trying to get the Indian CoC to overturn a decision and very rarely happens. I'm wondering if MPL's play isn't to actually take back the asset but to try and squeeze out a small settlement payment just so that the Adani Group doesn't have another publicity gaff on its hands. If they are lucky then they may be offered £5m but out of that they will be asked to pay a share of procedural costs. That's the only possibility imho for a positive outcome. Talk of the decision being overturned, Adani Group's Resolution plan Approval to be reversed and then resintigating MPL as the rightful owners, and then finally they cough up all the money for the debt they owe is just fairy tale stuff. Not going to happen. Wait for this to get back to 0.4p and then throw £100 at it just on the off chance that million to one result lands. Any more and you're a fool throwing money away.

There won’t be a settlement. The CoC has already approved the funding proposal plan from the Adani Group. This hearing is to determine if the Indian authorities have acted improperly. If they concede they have, then they have to reverse the Adani approval and THEN reinstate MPL as the rightful owners of the asset. It’s just not going to happen. A long legal battle is the only thing that can happen here and MPL cannot possibly afford to take The Adani Group on in their own back yard. Not only are they likely to be on the wrong end of the decision on June 8, but they might also end up having to pay costs so far from gaining out of this sorry episode they could well end up paying legal costs and lose a major chunk of even their current small market. Once everybody decides to jump ship. And they will once it all becomes clear how this is going to play out.

The hearing on the 8th is only the first step in a potentially long and adversarial legal battle. First they’ve got to persuade the Indian authorities to admit to misdealings. If successful, which is highly unlikely, they have to get the decision which approved the Adani Resolution Plan overturned. It’s just not gonna happen guys. Give it up and stop fooling other pis into throwing their money away on this. Talk about chasing rainbows.

It’s going down and you know it 86KB , irrespective of how ever much bs you post here. It’s poised to slump imho, not fly! Once it’s back to 0.4 or 0.5p I reckon it will be worth a small punt. All down to the vagaries of the Indian judiciary which is hardly considered the most reliable or fair legal system in the world. They will close ranks and protect the Adani Group and MPL will end up with nothing.
