RE: Can’t see us going any lower than 50p12 Sep 2025 11:02
If they issue all 400m shares at a price of:
.1p = £400k
.15p = £600k
.2p = £800k
etc
etc
At a price of .25p they would raise just £1m which buys them another 2 maybe 3 months but that's not taking into account the fees incurred in setting up a placing. Even a full placing at the current sp of .5p issuing all 400m shares would raise a max of £2m and imho that's not enough to see them through to April AND pay for the FDA application.
So what can they do? Not a lot as far as I can see but I'm no expert. I'm totally aware this comes across as a conspiracy theory but let's face it, we are mostly private investors and probably not that many professionals amongst us so, with Ian Gilham at the helm as Chairman, who definitely IS an expert in all these matters, how have they taken such a disastrous sequence of decisions which have brought the company to the brink of collapse? Unless it's all been a deliberate ploy to reach a carefully constructed position from which the Company and its IP can be bought as cheaply as possible. I've made no secret that I think this is what's going on but in truth I can't possibly be sure. If Gino and Russ have genuinely performed quite so badly then its Gilham who is behind something. Anyway, we will all know one way or t'other very soon.
If NHS/NICE announce immediate finding for CYP2C19 Point of Care testing throughout the rest of the UK then even those like myself who have just a few £K left in here will be happy-ish. However, I find it hard to believe this will be the case and so it's all down to whatever Gino, Russ and Gilham have up their sleeves as to whether or not we watch our money disappear down the drain - or rather into the pockets of a few greedy and conniving bar stewards.
