Therefore if they have 400m shares to issue they might, if there is no national roll out of CyP2C19 announced until next April, have to isssue them at a discount to the already destroyed share price eg .25p & only raise £1m. That delays bankruptcy for another two months? In the mean time however a new entity will have been granted 39% of the company for £1m and will be head of the queue once GDR finally goes into administration. They can that moment announce they would like to be declared a bidder for the IP which of course would be worth what? Liquidators say £1m and new entity coughs up another £1m and for the princely sum of £2m in total owns the IP but doesn’t have the millstone of paying GDR workforce going forwards. All they need to do is submit an FDA application and wait for approval from the US and then the NHS to commission a national rollout in the UK and they’re laughing all the way to the bank. Very clever and devious but unless the FCA gets involved to take a close look they will get away with it. I suspect this company Fava are the ones Peel Hunt is holding 66.66m shares for and those will of course all be used to support a No vote on Sept 16th. Sorry Em but share holders have imho been totally done over here.

Think Directors stand to make far more if it goes private or they are involved with the entity that buys the IP once GdR is wound up.

This all needs to be talked about on this bb so Gino and Russ can be made aware that ordinary pis are alert to what’s going on. Honestly, I’m appalled that this theory makes sense of everything the Directors have done over the last couple of years and all the NHS and NICE delays. Gino was far from charming or enthusiastic in that presentation back in May and no questions were allowed from attendees. Why? so he most likely knew he was just going through the motions and that there was no real target in terms of gaining anything more than they needed financially to reach this point. This is why at the last placing they only went for £1m. Also suggests PEEL HUNT are in on it all and that scares me. Because they will most likely have good contacts within in the FCA and will know what to say in order to defray any queries or attention into looking at what’s happened to GDR. Peel Hunt hold 66.66m shares in GDR. I’m assuming they too will be granted a place at the table of the new company and be allowed to hold on to their stake. The results of the pilot study and publication guide on implementation were due originally shortly after the pilot study finished in April. ‘Any day now’ as Gino himself stated. Funny that it’s all been delayed just long enough just for GDR to go bankrupt.

I’m hoping for £100m mcap just on a deal for one of the other products in the portfolio. The real biggy is P140 though and that might involve more of a wait. Exciting times though and I was well impressed by the most recent interview.

Rookie - those acquisitions are for several billion dollars each! Is P140 really in that league? Is Tim capable of negotiating something like that? One would hope he’d hire in a well known team of corporate lawyers to do that side of things for him.

Was this EGM set up for mid Sept so a vote could be taken before the news from NHS lands ? If the resolutions are not passed then GDR could declare themselves bankrupt before any possible recovery in the share place could happen and alternative funding options found. If resolutions are passed then the 400m shares are gifted to the doctor’s new private company and at the very least they would be given 39% of the company for probably very little given how stupidly low the sp has fallen these last few weeks. With more than a 30% stake they are obliged to make an offer to buy the company and, knowing what we do about Gino and Russ, they would urge shares holders to accept it and then be invited by their mates to join the private company as co Directors and hey presto they’re all in the money but, which ever way the cookie crumbles, pis are wiped out.

Anyone else seeing this as an elaborate set up? FCA would I’m sure be interested in how everything has lined up. Were Budd and Cheek in on it too and one way of emptying the Company accounts more quickly is to be overly generous to outgoing Directors by paying them hefty salaries for doing nothing other than keeping their traps shut.

so jimi, first it was john lay**** who was a strong believer in gdr then suddenly turned up with a post that crashed the price. you’ve always been positive and yet you too now turn up with what looks like convincing arguments and possible evidence to demonstrate that there might well be plans by a handful of key stakeholders to take the ip for next to nothing. are you in on this too and hoping for the final coup de grace on monday when the sp has its final slump, from which there can be no recovery?

if this private company was all set up earlier this year then it’s all starting to fall into place. have these doctors themselves conspired to encourage delays and more studies from nice and within the nhs so they can let gdr’s demise play out? gino and russ could themselves be stitched up by these guys. all seems too perfect with regard to timing.

all existing and even older share holders, if so inclined, should be alert to this and be willing to contact the fca with the sequence of events and obvious mismanagement which led to the consistent destruction of share holder value right up to the point where gdr is declared bankrupt. sounds like the doctors are as greedy as gino and russ.

And my frustration is with KOD a proper company that has actually explored drilled built mine produced and about to sell and even that can go pear-shaped. CMRS is like a pimple on the backside of KOD at this stage and yet your confidence is Remarkable! Given how many things can go wrong I would say your overconfidence might wipe the smoke smile off your face very soon.

Lav you condescending C you next Tuesday! You always have an answer you try to make sound clever and superior but the bottom line is this just isn't creating any value for share holders who have bought in over the last two years. It needs to be a grown up company whose comms can be relied on, not this endless game of manipulation whereby Bernard walks away with £600k per year talking repeatedly of milestones achieved and yet share holders end up in the red. The company has made good progress in a tricky jurisdiction but the value for share holders has gone nowhere for the last two years, if not actually down. Bernard can't expect new investors to come on board if they bother to look at the charts for the last two years and put two and two together. You'd think it's about to turn but on every bit of good news the share price finds its way lower.

You always want to sound like you're a know-it-all but you can't answer the basic question of why share holders are losing money the closer the cmpany gets to generating revenue. Will it now be for the next 6 weeks 'just wait for the trucks to set off and offload onto the ships, all will be well'? We'll get another RNS and Bernard will tell us how thrilled he is but what will the share price do? I bet you'll have yet another condescending post to say when it starts going into the red again. Enough is enough.

Tim mentioned this in a previous interview, I think as something of a benchmark against which a possible deal for IMM could be measured. Or at least it certainly sounded that way.

I wonder if Tim is going to attempt to license one of the lesser well known products in the portfolio first though. I guess doing that would put some pennies in the piggy bank and put him in a stronger negotiating position for P140. I'm actually quite excited about this now but am still a little wary. the market certainly isn't jumping in with two feet yet and no iis are in as far as I'm aware. going to be an interesting time in the run up to Christmas. He did say nothing next week but by the end of 2025??

Was prepared to wait for .45 but the share price is constantly manipulated such that any intel on which to base an investment decision just doesn’t stack up, and mostly the ‘milestone’ RNSs Bernard refers to keep causing the sp to drop. Can’t be relied on any longer. Hainan, SC, MG and mms all messing this up to the point it’s uninvestable any longer. When the trucks are on their way to the ships what will happen? Great news KOD is about to make some revenue. Oh, the share price has dropped again by 10%. Typical AIM rubbish.
