Gino and Ross will now be fully aware of the negative sentiment towards them, judging by reading this billboard alone, and probably aware that there is a significant chance the resolutions will not be passed. That means they are aware the company could go into administration within a matter of days. Regardless of this situation they appear to be doing nothing about it. No commas, no tweets no nothing. That means they don’t care if it goes into administration and hence my belief they’ve already lined this up for someone else to take over.
By the time we get to the EGM, the share price is going to be so low That even if they issued all 400 million shares they would only be able to raise an extra £1 million or so, hence they have too little too late and cannot survive. It’s all over or at least for ordinary shareholders it is. That this can be allowed to happen in what is supposedly a civilised country but in my opinion it has been a premeditated act to run the company into the ground. Not one measure to reduce monthly cash burn, not one reduction in director salaries, not a single communication to reassure existing shareholders that all might be well. What we have seen though is a series of RNs that have all conspired to damage confidence, sentiment and ultimately decimate the share price. Please do take a bow Gino, it’s been exceptional work! May you rot in hell?
