Jesus, no wonder Bernard sin't bothered about the export license. He's doing very nicely whether it ever arrives or not. That's a disgrace considering he's already paid full time and supposedly has the company's best interests at heart. What does he do, sit at a meeting and NOT avail the other Director's of his best advice, but rather waits until he can be offered a consultancy fee for it? That's totally rotten. If he was delivering value for share holders then fine but for the last 2 years at least it's been one way traffic for KOD's share price.

Get the f...ing Export License sorted and earn at least some of this extra money you've been stuffing down your trousers!

FRanky dear, I've been right these last few days about CMRS. For all the stupid ramping from yourself and others it can't stay above 4p. It's had a good rise over the last few weeks but for now I think that's it. As for 10 x? I don't think so. Not for quite a while yet, at least.

Ha Franky, if it drops a bit more I might. Wish I'd put more into IMM at 2.5p. Should have stayed away from this sh.t show but it's difficult to believe how much of a pig's ear the Directors have made of things here. Sir Ian Gilham is no fool and it's not sensible to accept that he supported any of the mngt decisions over the last couple of years unless there's something decidedly iffy taking place behind closed doors. If this ends up with share holders being diluted the max 39% and still ends up going under and being taken private AND Gino and Russ keep their jobs & shares then I will definitely be calling for an investigation. Only got 4 million shares but have been in and out over the last 10 months. Thank god too or else I'd be seriously under water. Overall, taking into account my initial investments (gamble) in GDR back in 2019/2020 I'm probably still down by roughly £35k but it could have been so much worse if I'd just left everything where it was and not dipped in and out.

Machines are great. Everyone knows that, and that they will eventually be put into good use. The issue is that I believe/suspect the BOD and A.N.Other have not wanted this to be in the hands of ordinary pis come the time it starts to realise its true value. Look back on the last 12 - 18 months and it's hard to argue the Directors have made one good decision that has resulted in 'creating share holder value'.

If the news from Nice isn’t spectacularly good in the next 3 weeks or so then this is done. If the sp doesn’t recover there is no way they’ll persuade anyone to raise at a premium and they need about £3m - £4m to get through just as far as February.

Sorry, once passed, the Resolutions mean a raise could be done at anything up to .0015p. not pounds but pence! Of course that’s nothing like enough to survive. But I don’t think they want it to.

Resolutions if passed mean they could issue 400m shares at .15p I believe? Wouldn’t raise nearly enough to last another 6 months.

They’ve blown it, and done this quite deliberately imo. How can they get the price higher to do a raise when everyone knows they’re about to be shafted with some massive dilution?! They would have to have some amazingly positive news and how likely is that? It’s never been great news. All carefully managed by Gino to sink the company imo

I can see the sp dropping to as low as .25p and, if resolutions are passed, the BoDs will do a placing at maybe .1p? They’ve taken the worst decisions and communicated to the market at the worst possible times. Just didn’t make sense. Gilham is no fool so there’s something very underhand going on. I just never wanted to believe it.

Anyone recall Cheek in an investor presentation being asked if there has been discussions on taking the company private? Always stuck with me that he looked extremely uncomfortable and wasn’t willing to lie about it. I think Gilham, Gino and Russ had a plan all the way back then and when Cheek refused to play ball they planted that question so it reflected badly on Cheek in the way he answered. Shortly after that he was moved along even though he was the only one who had experience of selling directly into the NHS! Cue Gino, who has none, and a firm commitment to Patrick Breen who also has failed to sell anything. Odd isn’t it?

They’re now going to ask you to vote in favour of Resolutions that will enable them to wipe you out completely. F.ck ‘em I say. My broker is apoplectic with rage that I stated in this and warned me many times he thought this was how it would end up. My stubbornness got the better of me and I refused to believe the Directors could do such a bad job and yet in just two years here we are, nearly bankrupt and they still want more out of pis before they deliver the final blow.

I’m voting no. I’ll lose the last £10k I put in recently - over 4m all bought under .65p - but these Directors can’t be allowed to act in this way any longer. They should be investigated and then if found to be fraudulent locked up.

I hear you Irishdemon but the fact is the mcap is still only £5m. If it was as clear cut as you make it sound then that wouldn’t be the case. The market just isn’t buying it. Why? Does the CEO have an iffy reputation? Can he be believed when he makes overtly positive statements? Maybe the results will make the difference but for now no end of ramp posts are persuading a stampede of newbies to buy in. Surely you’d think that much copper would attract more than a £5m mcap
