Last 6 weeks have already been a game changer. It’s up over 200%! No way is this now going to rocket another few bags. Cloud cuckoo land. Think it will do well to stay above 4p with the occasional spike but generally more likely to hover below 4p.

I personally believe there should now be an investigation into the actions of the chairman, CEO and CFO over the last 2 to 3 years. It’s hard to imagine how things could’ve been managed in a way that could be so damaging and so one has to ask, especially given the experience and expertise of the chairman, How have all the management decisions been arrived at? If, as I suspect, this has all been engineered to fail in order for the IP to end up in the hands of a private equity firm which has connections to the chairman and the directors then this needs to be investigated fully for corruption and fraud. In about 40 days time this company is bankrupt and the plan put forward by the directors is hardly one to inspire confidence.

Exactly Rud20. Imv Gino and Russ have been paid huge salaries to ensure the company fails and ends up in the hands of private entity. Probably encouraged by John Gilham, whom no doubt will ensure he himself does extremely well out of the final outcome.

Jimi, if we vote no and the IP is sold to a US distributor or even a PE firm here in the uk I’d argue the machines will be out, sold and in use a hell of a lot quicker than if it’s left to the GDR directors!

I've decided to vote no if I don't hear from the Directors that a pay cut in their salaries is implemented as of the date of the EGM. From when i very first put money in to GDR the share price is down by well over 99%. Never a word of apology for what is one of the worst performing stocks on AIM - and that's amidst some pretty impressive competition! - or slow progress due to innumerable delays and overly optimistic projections. It's been a litany of failure to date and ultimately has brought the company to the brink of bankruptcy. Not the products but the management of the company. Poor decisions relating to non existent budget control and a stupid monthly spend and utterly appalling lack of success from the sales team - Patrick Breen please take a bow.

So, if there is no humility now from the Directors, when the company has been brought to its knees, then I see no point in rewarding such unprofessional behaviour. Ultimately if they don't offer a pay cut I'm suggesting they're going to take it private anyway. Take the hit Gino and Russ and admit how poorly you've done and I'll think about giving you another shot at turning this around. If you offer me nothing then I will vote for you to have nothing. You've shown share holders NO respect whatsoever these last years so why on earth should they be prepared to lose even more money for you?

Quietly confident l I’ll get close to 3p. Maybe not quite that low but not far off it. If I don’t then so be it. I hope it flies for you at some point, whether I’m in or not.

So which was it, 'hoped' or 'confirmed' and 'will'

See what I mean. You can't keep making things up as you go along. And as for conspiracy theories, judging by the way things are working out here right now I'd say those theories are rather closer to reality than any of your overly optimistic posts.

Don't think Gilham will be too worried about this little investment. He's sold two companies previously for in the region of £200m each so I suspect he's not even going to blink if he loses £30k.

Oh well given the NHS are renowned for 6 month delays in anything to do with admin that's a blow to hear.

I've had it confirmed from NICE today that the CYP2C19 Implementation guidance will be published on or shortly after 15th August . Hopefully the pilot study findings will be published soon too which should give a good indication of what might be in the Implementation guidance.

So not long (4 weeks) until the transformational news lands!

He then posted an incredibly damaging communication from NICE and hasn't been since. Hasn't posted on anything since. Was he a plant for someone trying to harm GDR? Very strange.
