Agreed Shelly. I’m in now for good with just over £10k at 1.55p. Those shares will remain untouched for the next couple of years and in the short term if there are any drops I will add more. Very difficult to have a target price as it’s all so new and virgin territory, if you’ll pardon the expression. It might not end up making it into £s but whatever happens I think it’s easy to imagine this will hit 10p in the next year if we are given confirmation Google is the M7 partner and DH win a contract or two. Long term hold.

They will raise just enough and dilute ordinary share holders as much as they can right up to the point they either know NHS will do national rollout for cyp2c19 or they can submit the FDA application. Then it will tank again and they’ll run out of money properly and the lowball offer will land out of nowhere . GLA

One last thing to say is that the term ‘unfounded’ is a legal get-out term to actually say ‘you can’t prove anything’ . Doesn’t mean it’s not happening. These guys are lined up to make millions and millions of of pounds if they can carry out this lowball TO plan. Don’t think they’d baulk at telling a white lie or two in a meeting if they seriously believe they’ve covered their tracks.

Anyway, that’s roughly another £5k I’ve lost on GDR.

There is as far as I can see only one thing that can happen now which would prevent the share reorganisation going ahead - even though they now have permission to do it - and that’s for NHS news to land in the next 10 days or so saying there will be immediate funding made available for any hospital wishing to implement CYP2C19 testing using GDR’s point of care machines. Other than that - or Mr Nugent lending them £3m at the going interest rates - i fear it’s another 39% dilution followed by taking it private. Whomever they have lined up to take the 400m shares can call the shots pretty much. Well done Mr Gilham. Nicely played.

Can’t say I’d blame anyone after the total destruction of share holder value. Also interesting to see if Gilham is behind it all and NCYT takes home the biscuits.

I’m really hoping the FCA are keeping a close eye on this as it all seems like perfect timing - delays on NHS news but when it’s almost due and they cd submit the FDA application the company reaches the end of the rope.

Since peak in December 2021 the share price is down by 99.57% and that’s not even taking into account the share dilution. Was 85m shares back then. Now 650m and about to head north of 1billion .

It’s a truly spectacular performance from this Board of Directors. Do I trust them? WTF do you think?!
