More bought than sold and yet here we are down again by nearly 10%. I will never quite understand how this AIM works but it’s certainly not a level playing field as far as pis vs mms and iis are concerned. Mates rates?

Aug 11th Trading update we are told of ‘initial’ sales in some EU territories but nothing since. That tells me they are struggling to sell everywhere. Why, is the question? Is Patrick Breen in on the plan too I wonder??

It’s not as if it was a vague one off statement or a cursory comment, it was very specific and repeated in several interviews as part of a specific publicity drive. There are people like me who were always slightly untrusting of him in the past but there is no ambiguity, no doubt in the statements he has made, deal or deals plural will be done by year end and on that basis I have invested more, a lot more than I would have done otherwise in IMM. There surely has to be some culpability and responsibility on his behalf if those statements end up not materialising.

My gut feeling is the deals must have already been in negotiation when those statements were made and the fact that he repeated them means the other interested parties are fine with him Publicising the fact deals are imminent. Any sums involved must have already been set down such that a price sensitive statement such as he’s made would have no bearing on the sums discussed hitherto.

Now I’m getting impatient, but with excitement rather than apprehension.

FWIW I agree it’s strange no bid has landed yet. If those potential market revenues Gino was spouting in the latest gambling, sorry, investor presentation back in June are true then it would appear to be a no- brainer and yet look, it’s on the floor and no one is coming forth. Maybe a buyer just has to have concrete evidence of future sales before jumping. In which case nothing for another 6 months.

I think the first deal to be announced will be with Avion.

Personally I think even the figures for the deal/deals have been agreed otherwise Tim would not have been allowed to state ‘deal by year end’ surely? A potential partner would not want such a statement being made publicly if it had any impact on negotiations or they were in the process of building a stake in IMM. Does that make sense? Boring watching this go down for the 3rd day in a row now but I guess that gives my two dogs GDR and MAC more of a chance to recover a little and then I can top up further here.

Out of interest, what would happen to Tim if there were no deals by the end of the year? I’m just musing on the risks of him stating it repeatedly in interviews …

Irrespective of charts and daily movements I actually believe Tim when he says there will be a deal before Year end and so will continue to load up (probably wait for below 10p though for a week or so now) more here. My big dilemma right now is having just two more AIM duffers left in my portfolio - GDR and MAC. Annoyingly both have the possibility of having a surge at any moment but essentially both are fcuked. So, do I risk waiting for a spike to get out and then choose between IMM and ALRT as to where those last funds go. that’s another £15k if I sold those two duffers today that could either bump up ALRT or IMM. Which?

My gut says ALRT has the potential to move up again sooner than IMM as their CEO is in negotiations now and has promised a deal by year end. What to do?

Ooh touchy aren’t we? And you say I’ve got a large ego?! What a petulant response. Bid is 12p so I’m not exactly worried given the price I started loading up at at the end of August.

I honestly dung know what I’d do if in Gino and Russ’s shoes right now.

The risk of waiting for the news and then doing a placing is if everything is delayed further and no Nationale roll out until April is that the sp could collapse even further. Then they would have to issue all 400m shares at an insanely low price which wouldn’t fund them as far as April. And who would fund them in that scenario?

If they go now then they could raise at .35p (?) and get £1.4m which still wouldn’t fund them until April but give them 3 or 4 months more salary cheques. Again, who would fund this raise? If you wanted more bang for your buck then I guess you’d wait until the sp is really on the floor and take the 400m shares at nominal value of .15p but there’s such a risk of just running out of money before any positive news on revenue.

It’s Hobson’s Choice and I don’t envy them. This is why I think an offer hasn’t landed yet to buy out GDR. Things could easily - I would say likely - to get worse and a distressed sale price could end up being an amazing price. Just not in a good way!

1) this now looks most likely to be delayed further, possibly into early 2026.

2) Think this was one of their selective truths/untruths. In the RNS what they actually said was 'the apparent communication refers to services provided by NHS Genomic Services overseeing laboratory genomic testing and not point of care technologies.'. NOT that they actually believed PoC testing WOULD be approved and rolled out straight away.

3) The active funding review is a simple case of looking to see where on earth they might scrape together enough money to eek out another couple of months salaries

4) Publication now looking likley to be delayed further. How much longer no one knows.

One could say Gino and Russ have been unlucky but they made the self imposed timelines. All of which have failed to materialise for one reason or another.

The only thing to rescue these tests the NHS has helped to develop here in the UK is a buyout from someone with deep pockets and an iota of knowledge in how to sell the tests. Even at this absolute gutter price no one is interested. Why not? Cos everyone knows it IS going to go bust and they will be able to bid fo the IP and not have the ball ache of taking on the entire company's monthly cash burn of £500k, a good chunk of which is to pay for the two goons who put the company in this mess in the first place.

So even you Jimi are now saying most likely no more income from NHS until next April earliest. Another 6/7 months. Once this is confirmed the sp will tank even further and the company will have no means by which to raise enough to keep the lights on until then. So, in short, if there's not even going to be a lowball offer for the company and its products why are Gino and Russ bothering with this share reorganisation and asking to issue another 400m shares to some fool who can be persuaded GDR is worth investing in? Ah yes, how many more months salary can they squeeze out of pis? Surely they deserve another 3 or 4 months? It would be terribly sad if they got to Christmas and had to manage without their £25k a month pay cheque. Can't wait. Not only have they made catastrophic mistakes in not reducing GDR's monthly spend, and overpaid themselves, and for some reason agreed to pay former CEO's a full salary as well after they have left the company, they have somehow actually managed to make GDR look so unappetising to potential buyers that the entire staff will likely lose their jobs. You just couldn't make it up.

I think we will get news of when the Implementation Guide will be published in the next two weeks, not that it will actually babe published in the second half of September . Will that be the trigger for the first raise at a desperately low price? Maybe even Gino and Russ know it’s actually Game Over already and are just eeking out every monthly pay cheque they can?

GDR has been a leaky ship in the past and yet just now absolutely nothing is sparking any positivity . We were told FDA application would be early 2026 and yet in the GM they told those present that there is still much more data gathering to be done.

...any day now. Oh, I think someone already said that...back in May. Only now, supposedly according to a source at NICE it really is any day now. Can we believe anything they say or are they too a little hit and miss on what which truths they choose to share with the world?

Anyway, it's only been delayed 4 months and the absolute norm with all previous such reports etc has been 6 months so I'm not holding my breath. Maybe it will be more like November and then it's only another 6 months until the expected national roll out of CYP2C19. Or os it Mt-RNR1? It's been so long I've now completely forgotten what it is anyone is expecting here, other than a total wipe out for ordinary pis.
